“The flowers look real. They came quickly. Would order from this company again without hesitation.”

“Great communication when preferred tulips were not in stock Excellent service”

Helpful Report

“I cannot review products as they have never arrived!! I placed order on 24th March. It’s now 10th April. Had several messages from Hermes saying my delivery is on its way, then delayed, then rearranged. Still no parcel. These flowers were for a funeral on 7th so no good to anyone even if they do arrive”

“Just outstanding all round. The flowers are beautiful, customer service is just amazing. I requested the flowers be delivered by a certain date & they were delivered the following day. HI Amanda, Thanks so much for your kind words

“I have been buying an artificial flower arrangement for my Dad’s grave stone at Easter for the last 30years. I have used various local florists & all have produced beautiful products. I had to resort to online because these shops are of course closed. This product is horrible, it’s so cheap & plastic looking & I'm ashamed to put it on my Dad’s stone.”

HI Debbie. Thank you for your custom

“not satisfied”

Helpful Report

“I had high expectations having read a lot about how silk flowers could be an alternative for bridesmaid/bride flowers. Unfortunately the leaves let it down. The single flower was the only purchase I am truly happy with.”

Helpful Report

“Real looking flowers Will definitely buy from you again”

Helpful Report

Hi Deborah, thanks for your kind words

“The hanging basket looks very good. But a flower head was loose in the box and another one blew of in a light breeze. I have glued them back on though they do not seem that robust.”

Helpful Report

“Roses smaller than shown. Gypsophila shedded white flowers with every move. Managed to spray then with hair spray. Will not buy again”

Helpful Report

“I ordered 2 stems of artificial white daisies. They look very realistic, were a good price and prompt delivery. Thank you.”

Helpful Report

Hi Carol. We are delighted that you like your daisies
