I cannot review products as they have never arrived!! I placed order on 24th March. It’s now 10th April. Had several messages from Hermes saying my delivery is on its way, then delayed, then rearranged. Still no parcel. These flowers were for a funeral on 7th so no good to anyone even if they do arrive
