“I chose the meadow poppies without seeing the flowers face to face. There was something very similar in the Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge, and came to you via Google. The flowers were a birthday present and were much appreciated.”

“I am very happy with my artificial grass. Good value and looks very natural. I've given 5 stars because of the quality but I think that the length of time on delivery was a little longer than I thought but would have been acceptable if I had some communication after purchase and before that delivery.”

Hi Karen, thank you for your kind review. It's good to hear you are happy with the quality of your product but we're sorry to see delivery took longer than expected. This could be down to the fact the order was placed and dispatched on a Friday, Evri sometimes encounters delays since parcels aren't processed over the weekend.

“The sulk daffs are excellent. However the delivery was questionable. It took for the courier to deliver after you dispatched the package and they ignored the delivery instructions, stuffing the box in the gate and squashing it in the process. We always have problems with Evri .”

Thank you for your review, it's great to hear you are happy with the Daffodils. We're very sorry to hear how Evri delivered the parcel, we wouldn't expect them to ignore the instructions and squash the box. We appreciate that some people have issues with Evri and we find this is area/postcode based as the man who collects from us is lovely. We can only apologise on their behalf, if you'd like us to take this up with them, please drop us an email and we'll be happy to.

Please could you check your inbox as we replied to your email within 4 hours on Friday evening (out of hours) to let you know we'd send our returns information when we reopened after the weekend. We sent this yesterday at 14:04 which was before you left this review. If you could please let me know or give us a call on 01524 858888 to advise these emails weren't received then we'd be happy with getting the required information to you a different way. We're sorry again you are unhappy with the quality of the products too, our description does advise the heads are plastic but the leaves are silk. If you need any more information or help, please let us know.

“Hanging basket is really pretty. Looks very full and hopefully will survive the Scottish weather Delivery was delayed a bit as the basket had to be made up and given time to set before being dispatched. However I was kept informed of progress. The delivery firm took 5 working days to deliver - which was the timeframe mentioned once it was dispatched- 3-5 working days”

“Just bought a trailing ivy which is very effective and realistic compared to some on the market. Very helpful with a telephone query and prompt and safe delivery. Would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again.”

“After trying and failing miserably to grow an indoor ivy plant we decided to opt, reluctantly, for an artificial plant. I say reluctant as my experience in the past is that artificial plants look really fake.
