“I'm surprised I've been offered the opportunity to review this business, given that I complained to their customer services (when I finally received an answer) about the state my Garlands arrived in. I ordered 3 Garlands, which were for a customer order. They arrived with broken pinecones, missing berries, and were completely discoloured. As requested, I sent photos of the damage and was offered £2 off per garland. It's a shame, as the website has much to offer, and I have been looking for a new wholesaler, but it's unlikely I will order from here again.”

First of all, we would like to apologise again for how the products you ordered arrived, we wouldn't expect this to be the case with any order. We appreciate the constructive feedback we receive as it helps us improve our services, hence why we invite all customers to share their experiences - good or bad. However, we do ask that customers contact us first so that we can resolve any problems as reviews are to give feedback on the entire experience. From your voicemail and emails, we weren't aware of any other damage to the items other than the discoloured berries as you hadn't mentioned or included the pine cones being broken in your photos. Therefore, we could only offer so much as a refund. With regards to how the situation was dealt with, I can see that after we missed your call, we responded within 2 hours via email. Each reply to your emails was swift and the refund was offered on the same day. We couldn't have dealt with and resolved that situation any quicker I'm afraid. So I'm sorry that you felt you had to wait to get any correspondence from us. Our team was under the impression you were satisfied with the refund we offered and that the issue was resolved as you accepted the refund. We would have preferred to resolve the issue to your fullest satisfaction first and hopefully have gained a more positive review based on the full experience and outcome. Usually, if an order arrives damaged (in the very unlikely case) we offer to exchange the item(s). Unfortunately, due to the time restraints regarding this order and your need to use the items that weekend, we weren't able to do that on this occasion. If you would like to discuss this further, then we are very happy to hear from you and hopefully resolve this to your satisfaction.

“I have just received my silk begonias and am highly delighted with them, so realistic. I have always had standing baskets but am afraid this year would have been the last - age catching up - and this year the weather has not helped. However, the real yellow orange begonias I set this year have suddenly had a late burst of flower. I tried your silk ones with them and there is very little difference!!! I now have my easy fill baskets ready for next year. Many thanks.”

“This is my fourth set of hanging baskets and I can honestly say that they are the best I have seen. Look just like the photos and whilst they aren't cheap, they have lasted well on a south-facing wall -without fading much. I am unable to have real baskets because of the winds but so real-looking, it doesn't much matter. Thank you, Just Artificial.”
