“Ordered artifical begonias that said were in stock, 2 weeks later still not arrived was told waiting for a 2nd plant as i had ordered 2 of each. Why ??? So i cancelled order and im still waiting for over a week for my refund, told them i will put a dispute in with paypal their response was it will take longer if i do that. Sorry but i dont care and you can deal with paypal. Disgusting company”

“I ordered some yukka plants for my new garden, I wanted artifices so that they didn’t die or get eaten by bugs. When my plants arrived and I planted them they were so cute and they really make my garden look fancy yet modern, I love them!”

“The plants I ordered were attractive but too big for what we wanted. I am not impressed with their returns policy as one has to contact the company to notify them and I have had no response in 48 hours despite several attempts, the plants need to be returned within 2 weeks.”

Please could you check your inbox as I sent our returns policy and information to your email 14 minutes after your voicemail. “I purchased two yucca plants, and when they arrived were well-packaged. I had to wait a little longer for delivery but was kept fully informed regarding this, which I found important. The plants are of good quality and have replaced the real ones that I lost in the frosty weather earlier in the year. Would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Having been looking for some ‘good’ artificial plants for sometime I discovered ‘Just artificial’ from a google search. After sometime spent looking through the website I started an online chat in order to get some extra information about some plants I was interested in. Dylan was excellent. He went way beyond what I was expecting to tell me about the stock and even photographed individual plants and sent the images to me so that I could see exactly what they looked like. He gave me measurements to make sure they would fit in the pot I intended to use. Absolutely incredible service from an independent retailer. I thoroughly recommend ‘Just Artificial’ and when the plants I ordered arrived they were of excellent quality and look superb and ‘real’ now they are all planted up. I will definitely be using ‘Just Artificial’ again in the future.”

Also the correspondence which we have had with to resolve this issue. As we discussed, we sent out 2 floral foams, which you were happy with. Then for you to leave the review that you are disappointed and livid is quite a strong statement which the help that we have offered and the quality of the product. At the time of your review, we haven't had a return request but are happy to arrange this and look into this at detail to find a swift solution for both parties. We've tried our very best to help you on this matter, replying to every email, spending time picking out foam that would work for you and then sending these out free of charge so we're disheartened to have read this review.
