“Unable to provide the plant I wanted despite it saying it was in stock on the website. Although I was offered alternatives none were right and so I requested my order be cancelled. I was advised that the refund may take 14 working days. I thought this was a long time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 14 working days passed and with no sign of the refund or communication from Just Artificial, I chased up and was told it would be done in a couple of days...one week later still no refund. It's now over a month since my order was cancelled and they don't seem to be any closer to refunding me the money.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear this. The business is now owned by a new company from 2025, customers awaiting refunds have been refunded or they are being dealt with and all issues have now been fully resolved going forwards. We appreciate this won't offer much comfort to those affected but we as a new Company will be positively moving forwards and have put strategies and procedures in place to ensure there is no future repeat of these issues. “Essentially, I got what I needed just in time with some help from the sales team. I ordered a fortnight in advance of the date I needed the items for - I chased up my order after a week because I hadn't heard anything and it turned out one item was out of stock, so I chose a different item and it was then dispatched that same day, arriving one day before I needed it.”

“Great company! Shame about the delivery company. Each time I've ordered their Hydrangeas as they are absolutely beautiful, they are dispatched and Evri screw up the delivery. But I will keep ordering as can't find them anywhere else”

“I was looking for a realistic-looking plant for a dark shower room as no real plants have survived lack of light. I bought the trailing ivy and, although I didn't realise it didn't come in a pot, I soon managed to secure in my own pot with some loops of garden wire attached to the bottom of the stem and then covered with a bag of crushed shells I aready had to weigh it down. Looks fantastic!”
