“I love my Cable and Cotton Lights, they look really good. So glad they’ve brought out LED lights too. I’m already contemplating my next purchase. I’d have them in every room given have a chance 😄”

“I am delighted with my new led lights to use with my cotton and cable spheres of loveliness! I have orange and black for hallowe’en, red, green and white for Christmas and blue to do patriotic lights for jubilee celebrations. The line of lights is far superior to the loop I originally had. Now considering adding more colours to my collection.....pink to go wth red for valentines?”

“The instructions for the set of Lights were incorrect and were for the old style light string. I spoke to someone in the shop on a Sunday and they took a picture of the correct instructions and emailed me them. Great customer service. The Lights look great above our bed.”

“Delivery speed was good. Buuut... I was slightly irritated by the fact that the balls weren't packed as they were ordered. I ordered spare balls for am existing set, plus 2 sets of create your own, but the balls were all mixed up, not segregated into the sets. If I had not checked the boxes, and sent them on as Xmas presents (which is what they are) the recipients wouldn't have gotten the correct combinations. Also I had lots of issues with codes not working - the lady who dealt with me had tenacity! Lol. I appreciated her keeping her eye out for my emails otherwise it could have been a wholly frustrating experience. I totally love your lights though! Everybody needs a set (or 4 as we have here). Always room for more though!”

“Excellent service, quick and easy to choose and order online and very fast delivery. Had a problem with the string of bulbs, one phone call to an extremely helpful and happy member of staff and bobs your uncle- a new string of bulbs arrived for me in the next post. Brilliant!”
