I have emailed twice about my order and had no response so far. That’s very poor service.

I have actually cancelled my order as I have been charged €17 in customs which is over half the price of the original order. I have ordered from you previously and did not have to pay this charge.

The lihts arrived with the box crushed and several balls damaged. As they were bought as a present for someone, this makes them useless as a gift. Really disappointing.

Insanely difficult to slot in the leds into the slits. They tear, and dimple - then impossible to slide effectively into the hole as there are TWO cables leading in and out of each ball. Ridiculous design. not worth the money at all

Hi Susan, We are really sorry to hear that you had difficulty with slotting the LED's into the cotton balls ! We are always trying to improve on our designs and are always on the look out for better ways to improve our products as a whole. We have previously tried using conventional LED fairy lights instead of our own design, however we found that there was a compromise when it comes to the brightness of the lights themselves. The lights arrived a little late, which was ok. Unfortunately the colours were all wrong. Five or six of them were incorrect. I will call to sort it out. Or if someone could give me a call that would be great. Thanks.

I did not receive the item that was advertised on the website. Also nearly a weeks delay from placing order to item being shipped was unacceptable after paying nearly £5 for delivery. I will not be using this company again.

Most painful customer service journey I’ve had in a long time. Very defensive rather focused on problem. Asking me to send videos, pictures, return item because even though evidence confirms owner can’t believe his product could possibly be faulty. After reviewing other reviews I wish I did my research and supported another small business with genuine care and attention! Plenty of great people on Etsy who do the same. This company need to this about service and ethics…

Just taken delivery of my order of Spring effect with dimmer switch only to find the dimmer switch is not in the box. The product looks good and delivered fine so as soon as the Dimmer is received a 5 Star review will follow!

Product wasn’t delivered, despite being promised and tracking having it as en route. Customer service response was to ask for my address via email. Can’t review the actual product as, 2 weeks later this is still unresolved.

Hi Gemma, I am so sorry you are so unhappy with our service. I have just looked into this and I can see that your original email to us you did not send to us but to DPD. The parcel was returned to us and when we asked DPD about this it was because you had actually entered an incorrect address. The only solution was to ask for your correct address so we could get the parcel re-sent to you. We were sending it back out to you at our expense and ready to do this the same day. You have only sent us your correct address last night. Our customer service emails are encrypted so there are not breaches in GDRP. Just ordered 20 replacement bulbs but only received 7! This is the 4th problem I've had with the company . Bulbs keep blowing, balls won't stay on the string and have had to replace the whole string light twice .

Has this company ceased trading? I have called and emailed a number of times over the past month and never received a response. Would like to place an order, but obviously not if they’re no longer trading.

Hi Anonymous, NO of course we have not! We are here by the phone and reply to all emails within 24 hours so we are not sure if you are contacting us on the correct email? Website is also all up and running for orders.
