“Love the LED lights and so great to be able to choose the colours to match our room. It's fulfilled a need that we've had for a long time. We saw them first in the shop in Brighton who were very helpful in writing down the names of all the colours we liked so we could then order online. Thank you.”

“it's a great product, fast efficient ordering service. the only criticism that that i have is that the master fuse blows too quickly and too often. perhaps a change in supplier would be beneficial.”

“Amazing product and service impeccable! But maybe I should of ordered a sample of the colours as they weren't as expected and was to go with a certain colour scheme in my girls bedroom.”

“Experience of buying a voucher was quick & easy. Only downside was that when the recipient of the voucher went to buy the prices had gone up! So they did have to pay for a small portion of their present. Whoops!”

“I am really pleased with the lights. The coloured balls are well made and the colours are great. They were only meant to be used for parties, but they are too good to be kept in a box so they are out all of the time!”

“They are a bit more fiddly to fit into the balls but once in are brighter than the old ones and I am happy that bulbs will not blow as they did on the old style lights”

Hi John, Thanks for your feedback, and I'm sorry you've had this hassle. As you may guess, it isn't common and I think you have been rather unlucky. But we want everyone to be LUCKY. Please get in touch with Kate, our customer services Guru (hello@cableandcotton.com) and she will be delighted and determined to sort out your lifeless/lightless string of Cable & Cotton fairy lights. When our lights don't shine, elves' souls actually grow sad, so I hope we can get this sorted ASAP. Oh, and we've switched to LED bulbs, (bespoke design and patent pending) so this won't be an issue in the future - be we need to sort out the present first. “Brilliant Customer service. The big lamps I wanted weren't in stock anymore in the colour I had chosen but the lady I spoke to managed to find the same ones in bigger size and they look fantastic! I wasn't charged for the difference in size and got a refund for the express Delivery! Will definitely recommend! Thank you.”
