“The product arrived promptly, but unfortunately one of the lightbulbs isn’t working so will need to have that resolved”

Dear Helene, Thank you for your post and feedback - I am so sorry that one of your LED lights is not working and will of course help resolve this issue as soon as possible after the Christmas period. “Love these lights. My daughter got me hooked. Her house looks amazing with all the different colors round it. I wished I had purchased the plug though, can't use mine till I can get a plug 😢my own fault... However a further purchase of lights will be made soon. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🤶 🌲 🎄 🦌 🎁”

“I bought some LED strings to replace the older version. I’m getting used to the longer string, but you can still twist them together if you want! Really chuffed, nice bright LEDs, thanks Cable and Cotton x”

Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. Just to let you know that until recently our spare bulb packs cost £2.95 and the post also cost £2.95. The warehouse then raised their charge for p&p by £1 so we decreased the cost of the bulbs (at our expense) to compensate. I hope this goes some way to explaining the disproportionate cost of bulbs to p&p. Yours sincerely, Kate

“Great product, well thought out and good quality. Not entirely convinced by the video showing assembly. Looked a bit like "the Chairman's daughter" with maybe not quite a full commitment to explaining the knack of installing the LED? Happy Christmas!”
