“We have ordered our string lights from cable and cotton since 2016. They are always used regardless of season. The service is excellent. An issue was quickly addressed even when an item I ordered did not arrive. It would be nice for cable and cotton to send me a string of 35 LED lights as a spare filament set I bought does not work when I tried to use it.”

“The original package did not arrive and seems to have been lost by Royal Mail, when I contacted Cable & Cotton they were extremely helpful and did not hesitate to send a replacement straight away, Excellent service and product.”
