“The original package did not arrive and seems to have been lost by Royal Mail, when I contacted Cable & Cotton they were extremely helpful and did not hesitate to send a replacement straight away, Excellent service and product.”

“I love the lights but one of the colours had not had the slice put in them and I had to do this myself, this seems to have been missed in quality control”

Dear Karn, Thank you for your post and feedback - I am sorry some of the balls did not have the usual pre-cut slits in them. The cotton balls are all hand-made and should have splits next to the holes but sometimes this does get missed. It is really rare but I do apologise. Cutting slits into the balls next to the hole with a sharp pair of scissors is what we would usually recommend in this case (just as you have already done) but if you do have any balls you feel need replacing please kindly email me at hello@cableandctton.com and I will do my best to help.
