“I love my lights! I bought the pistachio set and they are perfect both lit and unlit. Super quick delivery and careful packaging ensured my lights arrived in tip top shape.”

“Lovely lights, and enjoyed making them up. Only issue was that everyone of the 19 green baubles had to be cut as no slit was visible at all.”

Dear Allison, Thank you for your post and feedback - I am sorry that every emerald green cotton ball was not slit to fit the new LED lights. These are a handmade product and while we make very effort to ensure they are cut to specifications this sometimes does not happen. Please kindly contact me on hello@cableandcotton.com if you need any replacements - whilst I cannot guarantee that these will be slit more widely, I can replace any balls compromised by the process. “I love my new lights - they genuinely bring joy every time I walk into my bedroom where they now have pride of place. The one improvement I would suggest is be very clear that some of the baubles WILL have to be cut. Every single green bauble had to be cut (there were 9). And that is ok. But it should have been clear that this is very VERY common. I spent a long while trying to find the slit and wondering whether I had a dud delivery. Otherwise, I absolutely love this product and have no doubt I will be coming back for more. Well done. You should be VERY proud of your company and the joy you bring to your customers 😘”

Dear Sinaed, Thank you for your post, feedback and fabulous photo as well. I am delighted you like our lights and am sorry that you had to enlarge the holes on the emerald green balls. Almost all our balls now have holes in them which can accommodate the new LED lights, but we sell a lot more emerald green at Christmas time than throughout the rest of the year so it may be that this stock had not been scored for the LED lights. All the balls are handmade but we strive to ensure that they usually can fit the lights accordingly.
