“A bit disappointed, delivery was slow, I thought they would come made, so when I designed them that’s what I thought I would get, I ordered a plug as it seemed you did not get one, and then I end up with two.. having paid an additional 4.95.”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your post and feedback - it has been a very busy time for us and I do apologise for the later delivery than usual. The product is self-assmebly as we cannot do this for every order we sent out - it would not be cost / time effective. A lot of our customers like assembling the colours themselves but I do understand that it does not suit everybody. I hope you like your lights once they are assembled. You are correct that you do not get a plug with your order unless you order and pay for one - so you were sent an extra one in error by the warehouse which perhaps you can find a good use for. “I have these lights all over my home. Every time I visited Brighton I would leave with another set. Was devastated to see the shop had closed on my last visit but I’ve continued to buy online. Service is brilliant, still loving the product!”

“Comms not great. Feel like my order was forgotten until I sent an email to chase after 5 days. No response to emails, managed to get though after a couple of non returned calls to check. Got lights after 8/9 days which were fine.”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your post - I am sorry the service was not impeccable for you. Our office hours for taking phone-calls are Monday - Friday 10 -1 pm. I do remember speaking to you on the phone before seeing your email (in a very full in-box!) and therefore did not reply by email as well, and believe I explained that we were running late with delivery of orders after the Black Friday promo weekend and apologised for the delay. I can assure you that your order was not forgotten! Just in the queue for processing and delivery and I apologise again for the inconvenient wait.
