“The product is lovely but it didn’t come with a plug and it was not made clear this has to be purchased separately. I have ordered from this co in the past and a plug was provided.”

Dear RT, Thank you for your email; I am sorry you did not realise that the new LED cables do require a plug to use with the usb port unlike the old-style filament bulb cables. This does take some getting used to, but I very much hope you like your new LED lights now... Yours sincerely, Kate

“Really lovely lights that give a wonderful glow, bought the Ice Skater set and they are perfect for Christmas. Very happy. I really like that there is a light switch on the flex for easy on and off, no messing with the plug as with some string lights. Tempted to get a set for all year round.”

“Absolutely LOVE the colours, they look stunning. The new LED bulbs are incredible. A great quality product from a UK based company. I had a small issue required me to contact the company.
