“Very happy with my purchase. The lights came quickly and very well presented in a cardboard box. It took me time to put the 50 balls on the light chain but I did it together with my 3 year old son, he was choosing colors so we had fun together. :-) He now goes and turns the lights on every evening before he goes to sleep. Thank you.”

“The fairy lights are lovely. A bit tricky to put together but look great, both lit and not. I found it really hard to choose my colours so a photo of all the colours with their names would have been very useful as one of the purples I chose was darker than I wanted. They are great quality lights and I love them.”

“I ordered 4 boxes of lights as gifts, but they came unlabelled, so I had to peel up the stickers on each box & check inside to make sure the right person got the right lights. Great lights though!”

Dear Paula, Thank you for your post - I am sorry but we do not label the boxes with the names which must have been confusing for you. i will of course feed this back to the warehouse. “Ordering and delivery occurred very smoothly, and as ever the lights are beautiful and transform the room. If I had one suggestion: sometimes I like your pre-existing sets very much but just would like to add or substitute a colour. It would be good if there was the option to tweak an existing set without first having to figure out what the colours used in it are - they aren't always specified. Actually another - sometimes I don't want equal numbers of all the colours I'm choosing but there is no option to specify (I don't think!).”

“My fifth set of lights. Better than ever. A little easier to get the new LED lights on the balls. I change the colour set with the seasons and according to mood. Beautiful on and still good when not lit. Great fun gift too”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your email; I am sorry you did not know that the product is self-assembly. It would not be cost effective for the warehouse staff to thread each cable according to customer orders and would also take a lot of time, which is partly why we do not do it as it would push the cost of the product up. (Lots of customers lao prefer to design their cable themselves once they see the product at home.) I do hope you got used to doing it okay and that the lights look lovely now they are in situ.
