“Absolutely love my lights. They make our kitchen look fabulous and provide a beautiful ambiance. Excellent customer service as there was a problem with the plug provided. Sorted within half a day. Just brilliant and I will definitely buy again.”

“Very helpful exchange of emails ahead of placing our order, which helped us decide exactly what we wanted. Kate (Customer Service) replied almost instantly and clarified a technical issue we were uncertain. We've had C&C lights for years and we love the warm glow and their earthy texture.”

“I hadn't realised how the lights had changed from the old style - I do hope they last longer. I've had trouble in the past with trying to find the bulb which had blown, having to pull all the balls off one by one to find the culprit, then the balls get a bit loose and tend to fall off. But I love them so much I have persevered, so now I can try these new LED ones! It seems a shorter lead between each bulb so the whole string is shorter than I expected - I'm sure it tells me on the website, I just didn't look. They look great though!”

Dear Philippa, Thank you for your interesting and informative post - I do hope you like the new LEDs now. Al the technical information is on our website under the 'help' tab so it may be useful to look at that. I do wonder how old your previous cable is - if you want to email me at hello@cableandcotton.co.uk I can be of more help in identifying the culprit bulb which is usually the white-tipped fuse bulb depending on the age of the cable. It would save you a lot of time trying to locate the bulb! But perhaps now you have LEDs you will be happier with these as they do not require bulb changes! I very much hope so.
