“The order took several days to arrive and some of the lights were quite difficult to insert into the globes due to the pre-cut slits being, in some instances, too small. However the lights look very good and I am pleased with them.”

Dear Peter, Thank you for your post and feedback - I am sorry that some of the splits on the cotton balls were a little smaller than usual, but glad you could insert the LED lights and that they look good! I hope you can now enjoy them....

“Ordered LED lights to replace the string of filament bulbs I'd had for a few years. Was easy to swap the lights with my existing cotton balls, love my upgraded lights!”

“I love our new lights. We’ve put them in a dark corner of our kitchen and matched the cotton balls to the five different tile colours in our kitchen, I was a little scared at first when putting them together but watching the video really helped and after the first few, it was easy! Xxxx”

“I have bought several sets of lights from you but unfortunately the older ones aren't still working so I bought new and was surprised by the different power system. So then I had to reorder a USB thingy but it's worth it because they are such a lovely product and I'll know in future. Good service and prompt delivery too.”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your post - it is helpful to hear how you find the new LED cable. It does come with a usb port, rather than a plug which can take some getting used to! An adapted plug will enable the cable to be plugged into the normal 3 pin plug socket - I am glad you worked it out and like the new product too. Yours sincerely, Kate
