Outstanding service throughout and very helpful with any enquiries, special thanks to Kate for all her help :) Also very quick delivery into EU only took 3 working days from when I received an email about my order being shipped. Dear Anon, Thank you for your post - I do agree that seeing the colours in person is a great option. We came the end of our lease - it is turning into a jewellery centre in this part of Brighton so we could not renew it. If you ever need help with colour choice or matching fabrics/patterns etc please do email me at hello@cableandcotton.com and I will always do my best to be of help. The colour selection on line is made up of photos of the actual balls - this is as accurate as we can get it for our customers, with the proviso that lighting can sometimes effect the look of each colour, so it is a good way to select the colours. “Loved the selection, like the ethos - beautiful colours and the price was fine. Only issue was that when I was threading the shades on to the lamps, I hadn't realised that there were other colours in a second layer. So I had to take the lamps off and start again - and it's not easy to get the lanterns off. But the end result is lovely and I"m very pleased - an antidote to post-Christmas fairy light deficit disorder.”

Dear Elspeth, Thank you for your lovely post! I am sorry that you did not see the second layer of cotton balls in your box before you started threading them onto the LED cable. It can be a bit fiddly taking them off and replacing them again - but if you want to make the perfect pattern it's well-worth it I hope, and I bet your lights look lovely after all the extra effort!
