“I have been wanting to order from you for a long time and finally I did and I was not disappointed...! I love them. We have just redecorated our kitchen and the lights pull it all together. Even my 17 yr old son was impressed...!!”

“Pleased with this purchase although a little disappointed with box, I thought it could have been a bit more stylish and work with the lights. The ordering and delivery process was easy this time. Last time, due to some inexplicable tech problems, it wasn’t and I needed up paying extra postage costs just to ensure my sister’s birthday present arrived on time which I thought the company could have paid as a gesture (You asked and I’m just saying) anyway my sister was so delighted with her string of lights that I ordered some more for my best friend too.”

Dear Ingrid, Thank you for your post. I am sorry you were disappointed with the box, but glad you are happy with the contents. I have looked up your email thread with us last year and can see that you had issues logging in to your account so we advised you to check-out as a guest. I am sorry that meant you had to use express post instead of standard delivery and am happy to refund you the difference in cost. Dear Anon, Thank you for your post; I am sorry it was not clear to you that a plug is needed to use with the usb cable. We have tried to make this more obvious but I will pass your feedback onto our technical team to revise the info on the website. The usb port can be used with any adapted plug such as a spare mobile phone charger - as people have these when they upgrade their phones we do not automatically include them in the light sets. “Order came quickly and are just as beautiful as I imagined. You have to assemble them when they arrive which I didn’t realise when I bought them, but they are super easy to put together. They look fabulous!! I would like to buy another set now as I have ended up putting the ones for our new baby’s nursery in my bedroom as I loved them so much!”

“Cable & Cotton inject a bit of fun and light into every occasion and every room. We used them 10 years ago to decorate our wedding reception, we got some for our sons nursery last year and he’s grown up gazing at them since being newborn, and we’ve just bought our third set to complement our new living room colour scheme. So much variety. We love Cable & Cotton!”

“First time, ordering from Cable and Cotton. Lovely to be able to choose your own colour scheme, should you wish to! Arrived quickly and was quite excited (as were my two children!), to open the box and see how they had turned out! Once I had figured out how to ‘pop’ the LED lights into the balls, they were assembled in no time! They now look fabulous, draped around an old ladder in our sitting room! Thank you! Will definitely be ordering more! 🙂”

“This is probably my tenth set of lights and I love them as ever. Just wish you still had the option of the old style lights. As these do not match up with the old ones, plus I preferred the ambient light of the old style.”
