“I ordered from you a couple of years ago but decided I wanted the new led lights when I was changing my girls rooms around. The only thing I’m disappointed in is I ordered the day before Black Friday not knowing there would be a sale. I commented that I had done this on one of your Facebook posts and did not get a reply. It was a big order as well. So discount would of been appreciated.”

When we are busy in the shop we cannot answer the phone; we do however always go through the messages and ring or email our customers back as soon as we can. Due to the high volume of orders placed over Black Friday weekend and in the run up to Xmas, we have been very busy too. “It took me a little while to work out how to assemble the lights, but they are now hanging up and look fantastic! I wanted something a bit different to the usual fairy lights and these are perfect. Very happy.”

“Great product and customer service, only thing preventing a 5 star was the delay in shipping the lights. We'd left it a little late to order the lights and so selected the express delivery. There was a problem with availability of some of the colours which caused a delay, we weren't notified of the delay and this caused a little angst in getting the lights delivered in time. Kate was able to change the shipping address and we got the lights with a day to spare. Good result in the end but a little better comms from Cable and Cotton could have avoided the issue entirely”
