“When our new bbq arrived we realised that we would need to use expensive Weber gas cartridges or use an adapter to enable use of patio gas cylinders. We spoke with WOW and ordered what was advised but that proved to be the incorrect adapter. After contacting WOW - in frustration at not being able to use the BBQ - their Customer Service stepped up and without any prompting arranged to send the correct adapter at no extra cost. Mistakes happen but the positive is knowing that the company will act to rectify errors and keep customers happy.”

“Ordered webber 5750master touch on 8/6/26 came next day as promised very helpful driver carried into my garage. With other products ordered at same time. Not on pallet as expected no problem though.When assembling next day found two washers short to complete assembly. Telephoned to inform of problem. They were sent out next day Brilliant service from this company would definitely use again in the future.”

“We ordered a Webber BBQ from WOWBBQ and it was a pleasant experience. The BBQ arrived very quickly but when we unpacked it, the drum was damaged. Contacted WOWBBQ and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Had a new one sent out no problem 10/10 service.”
