“I tried to place my order online, but there was an issue with the payment. WOWBBQ phoned me, and we were able to get the trabnsaction done over the phone. However, i got a call later to say that the BBQ I ordered wa sno longer in stock. I arranged for a replacemnet, and advised a refund ( for the balance) would be issued immediately. I had to chase this up a copuple of days later. The delivery was prompt and efficient, and no issues.”

“The delivery was prompt I ordered on the bank holiday so I missed the next day delivery but that’s my fault. I also ordered the cover and they came as two separate deliveries which was a shame, but the BBQ was simple to build and looks great just need the rain to stop so I can give her the test drive!! I had to ring customer services with an issue with some bolts, they asked me to e mail some pictures (this was at 430pm) They answered the e amil in about 10 minutes and the issue was solved. So I have to say Outstanding!! Highly recommend them, all that’s left is to test the BBQ, the 57cm is a smoker too so for the price I’m pleased”

“Prompt delivery, arrived the next day as promised. I was a little disappointed to find out that Weber no longer provide the char-baskets since 2024 so I will need to order these separately but a great BBQ and easy to assemble.”

“Ordered some Weber briquettes, the most reliable source of BBQ fuel I have used. WowBBQ offered the cheapest price I could find online and delivery was within the expected timeframe. Great service, will come back for accessories for my Weber BBQ.”

“Very happy with the service i received from wowbbq. Yesterday with the tiny bit of sunshine we managed to use our new Weber (had a charcoal Weber for years) so much easier than the charcoal one. The only issue I think you might like to address is the flexibility of delivery. I didn’t wait long for delivery and therefore was no problem with the actual delivery. My problem was that I was notified of delivery but was unable to alter it in any way. Fortunately (by chance my husband was at home) I think perhaps offering customers a delivery date would make a big difference., But great service and would recommend wowbbq., Jean Helsby”

“The WOW in WOWBBQ is a correct description of their help and service. Living in the far north of Scotland means many companies seem to find it impossible to deliver to us at all. WOWBBQ had no issues with that and the BBQ arrived three days after dispatch. Brilliant. The quality of the items is excellent. The WOWBBQ representative knew his stuff and made us aware of the limitations of the Weber guarantee because we live near the coast. Much appreciated honesty.”
