“We ordered a Webber BBQ from WOWBBQ and it was a pleasant experience. The BBQ arrived very quickly but when we unpacked it, the drum was damaged. Contacted WOWBBQ and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Had a new one sent out no problem 10/10 service.”

“The process of buying my BBQ was super easy and the delivery time was exceptionally fast. 5 stars here. The Weber Q2200 is my first gas grill and simply amazing. I am very happy and nothing beats Father’s Day, warm weather and a well working barbecue!”

“The cover is robust and looks great. However, it does not stay securely in place in windy conditions and easily lifts on one side. The company should add an additional fastening/strap to keep the cover firmly attached and prevent it from blowing away. We actually bought the same cover eight years ago and solved this issue ourselves by adding an extra fastening, so it’s surprising that this design improvement still hasn’t been implemented.”

“I recently purchased a Weber E210 bbq from you and it states on your website "Versatile storage space with soft close cabinet doors for housing your gas bottle (up to 13kg Patio gas) " I have a 13kg gas bottle and with the regulator fitted it does not fit in the cabinet as regulator will not fit below drip tray sump. Can you please explain this?”

“After some research I decided on a Weber charcoal barbecue and, having compared prices and looked at online reviews I decided to buy from WOWBBQ. The service provided was excellent. Delivery was quick. One leg of my barbecue was slightly damaged but an email to customer service brought a quick response and promise of a new part without any problems. The part has since been delivered. I've now used the barbecue twice and I know I made the correct choice in picking Weber.”
