“Fast delivery and great range. Had an issue with assembly where an issue cause a part to break. I reported the issue expecting to be directed to Weber or similar, instead the entire part was sent out free of charge via next day. Great customer service, super happy I purchased from here.”

“Super service from WowBBQ. After years of owning a Weber Kettle BBQ, I decided to switch to a Weber Spirit propane gas system. The Wow BBQ website was very informative and had the exact model I wanted with a far bigger range than other retailers like John Lewis and B& Q. Unlike John Lewis, delivery was included in the price. The price for my Spirit was very competitive, especially for the essential all weather cover. Once I had placed my order, I had a phone call from WowBBQ to confirm delivery date - a great personal service. On the day of delivery, the driver arrived at the expected time and very kindly delivered the new BBQ down our side passage onto our patio.”

“Why did I wait so long.... Just taken ownership of my first MasterTouch 57cm Weber charcoal bbq, purchased from World of Weber BBQ's. Delivery was prompt, 2 days from ordering. The online videos from basic to advanced a great support, will be referred back to often. Explaining direct, indirect and slow cooking on the Weber such an advantage. The BBQ, Simply amazing! Accurate heat control from low to searingly hot makes the Weber Mastertouch by far the most versatile and reliable charcoal unit I've ever used. The addition of the charcoal baskets makes for greater heat control and again a must for getting the job done right. The new Weber Mastertouch will take charcoal bbqing to a new level, looking forward to a summer of smokey succulent delights, cheers WOWBBQ and the wonderful world of Weber.”
