The barbecue cover I ordered arrived promptly and fitted well, however it only had a Velcro fastening on one side. Picture on box said “straps” (plural), but there was only one, so I’m not confident of it staying on in a strong wind. Couldn’t be bothered to return it.

The service has been very good a d so have the purchased prices. How ever I needed a new unlock/lock release handle which I have received but no fitting g instructions. I requested these but all I got was an explode view of the bbq, a weber traveller compact, I did contact we er directly but still no instructions and I am reluctant to change it without guidance

I have nothing bad to say about this company other than the fact that they wrote to me and asked for me to write them a five star review. It seems that they telling me how to score my own review is more important to them than me scoring my own review. I’ve therefore given them a three.

Ordered a black Weber Gas BBQ Cover, but a grey one came. It fits and is light weight but it wasn't quite the colour I expected.

Fairly prompt delivery, but arrived in a damaged box. Not ideal as it was a present, but the contents were fine so didn’t return it.

Thaw accessories that you supplied are fine. I gave you the opportunity to supply a barbecue as well but you couldn’t be competitive on this whereas your competitor was , that was a disappointment

Great product. The video we downloaded to assemble was superb. Shame the delivery person was tremendously unpleasant and just dumped our goods on the street and was rude.

Disappointed with what accessories came with BBQ compared with my friends exact model and with my local Garden Centre. I thought I purchased a bargain but I should have known.

Ordered a Genesis. It was a really easy transaction. Arrived extremely well packed on a pallet a couple of days later. There was a part missing, but I called WOWBBQ and was told if I raised a case via email they would chase it up. As yet I’ve not had confirmation of receipt of this email? Lack of communication really lets this company down.

Always use WOWBBQ and this is our second purchase of a BBQ from them. Unfortunately the main bowl was damaged so it took a few emails to arrange for WOWBBW to have Weber replace the damaged section. Strange as I thought if you received a new product that was damaged upon opening and under 30days you were entitled to a free of charge exchange/replacement. Still yet to receive it two weeks later, but fingers crossed it will come. Also the free gifts still have not arrived and as you have to claim them from Weber direct, it has been a nightmare trying to arrange. Not sure if I’ll ever get them. Normally give WOWBBQ 5 stars but only 3 on this occasion as I have sent many emails with photos and proof of damage and phone calls trying to get the damaged part replaced and as for a Weber and the free gifts, they are useless and I wouldn’t let this influence any future purchases.

Placed an order which was lost by the delivery company. WOWBBQ jumped into action when I told them I hadn’t received my original delivery. 2nd time round no issues, so 5 stars for this

I purchased a replacement lid for my weber q2200 unfortunately I thought the bbq was Q2000 so received the wrong one( my fault ) I returned the lid and ordered the correct lid only to find the price had increased from £34.99 to £45.00 in three weeks.

Prompt service, but we were rather disappointed with the poor condition of the box, especially as the cleaning kit will be a Christmas gift. As yet, we have not examined the contents, so cannot vouch for their condition. Because it is a gift, we will be unable to comment on the usefulness of the kit.

Ordered on the 27th & delivered on the 28th by DPD. My biggest criticism is the packaging which was not done very well. I had two orders arrive on the same day. This order all items were fine. The second order which were Wood pellets 2x Oak & 2x Hickory were split into two boxes due to weight. The 2x Hickory were fine as they were in bags but the 2x Oak were in boxes & one broke open & wood pellets were everywhere & coming out of the outer box which was also split As the boxes were not secured from moving about.

As I was opening the box containing the pizza stone, it fell out and broke into 3 pieces. I was surprised it broke on a thick living room carpet. I accept responsibility for this mishap, but am surprised at the lack of robustness of this piece of equipment. Yours in disappointment, Keith Wilkinson

I love the BBQ, and appreciated great service from WOWBBQ. What I didn't like was the delivery by Palletways. The BBQ was delivered by a single driver, who was very nice, on a pallet. The pallet was left on the pavement outside by house. The driver would not assist us to get the BBQ in the house. I told the driver that this was ridicules, he said he gets this comment all the time! Had it not been for my very strong son, we would have been left in a pickle. The delivery process needs attention.
