Best price I could find and had all items in stock. There were some issues with the delivery which took a few phonecalls, but all sorted in the end. On assembly the Weber fixing pack was missing, but a replacement was sent out next day. I was sold an accessory I didn’t need, butbthis was taken back and credited without question. Not without issues, butball were resolved.

I ordered a Weber Q BBQ and accessories. The accessories were delivered as promised but the BBQ was not sent. I found customer services at WOW to be very responsive and they quickly sorted the problem. It all worked out in the end despite a slight delay.

Excellent bbq used it twice perfect your dispatch was good but carrier you used not so good didn’t receive until Thursday ordered on the Saturday

Ordering and delivery was fine. I had a query about changing the gas regulator from the travel version to patio gas, not something you would want to get wrong. Unfortunately the telephone number isn’t manned and even though it says to leave a message that function doesn’t work. This meant frustrating delays getting the BBQ operational. Why have a number of you have no intention of using it?

I ordered 2 cooking grates, one for my 22” Weber & one for my ‘Go Anywhere’. Both were dispatched promptly but were delayed on route by the shipping firm DPD. When the box finally arrived it was in very poor condition. Fortunately the grates were ok.

Received a call from WOWBBQ soon after placing order, offering me delivery the following Monday, waited in on Monday only to get a call late afternoon from a pallet delivery company stating they had a delivery from Garden World and could deliver after Wednesday, so all very confusing. Pallet company sent email at 14:00 on the day of delivery stating it would be between 15:00 and 16:00. Had been left out in the rain as box was very wet.

I have owned a Q1200 for a number of years now and it's a great little BBQ. I recently decided to get the Traveler Compact. It's the perfect size for my use. I was after a cargo cover so emailed Weber as I couldn't find one. They replied and asked for my product details and personal details. This sounded promising, so I replied with all required information. However, my next reply just said they didn't have one for the Compact. This was a strange turn of events, particularly as their email was so promising intially but it seems they just wanted to register my product. It would have been better to just ask me to register it rather than string me along like they were preparing to supply a cover. I have returned the BBQ.

The package arrived damaged but the BBQ was very well protected. The box of wooden pellets, however, was damaged and no longer sealed.

Returning customer to WOWBBQ find them a great service only down side is i find that there delivery service is over priced. Even more than the courier own website. I'd probably buy more from here if delivery wasn't so expensive. But customer service 5*

Entirely satisfied with the ordering process and product delivery, but the delivery was very disappointing. Not only did the delivery company keep us waiting all day on the promise of a guaranteed time which kept being pushed back - ultimately they delivered 45 minutes later than their absolutely final time. They then proceeded to dump the incredibly heavy pallet and box on the middle of the drive and refused to put it in the garage as requested. We then had to dismantle the box outside and take it into the garage piece by piece leaving us with a huge pallet to dispose of. It may be easier for you to have the delivery by a pallet company, but as your customer, this did not work well at the point of delivery. I would suggest you give further thoughts as to how this is done in the future.

Delivered all okay.On assembly found self taping screws x 7 that held plastic end cap in place missing for the right hand side shelf. In assembly guide every fixing shows what packet it comes in A,C,D or E. At the front of the manual it does not show these screws.Ive managed to fix using my own self taping screws.Bit annoying to pay £1500 to have screws missing .Photos attached.

I received my Weber in good time, however I wasn't aware that we had to assemble it. We managed, but I guess what would have been nice would have been informed that they come flat packed these days.

We received the wrong bbq in error but it was promptly rectified. The correct bbq arrived unsealed but everything was in the box and appeared untouched. Great bbq.

the price was decent. the delivery timely. some issues with payment system meant painful to order. Asked a question re cover, as i wanted to store BBQ with the sides down, told cover adjustable with velcro, bought recommendation. not really adjustable.
