“I Purchased a Weber Spirit EPX-435WR Stealth gas bbq. It arrived within 8 days from London to North East Scotland, it came well packaged with the accessories included. I did order it online so had no direct communication with anybody.My wife put it together within 2 hours and it looks the business, we haven't had a chance to try it yet as it's been pretty wet!”

“Absolutely amazing and very rare experience , we orded a Solo Stove Yukon and other bits, unfortunately the courier damaged the Yukon in transport. WOWBBQ were very quick to respond and arrange a collection and replacement, this indeed is very rare these days to have this level of customer service. Combined with the brilliant price they were simply unmatched .”

“Excellent customer service. The bundle I ordered was not in stock and the next delivery was uncertain. I was given the option to cancel but decided to wait. As soon as a delivery came in mine was shipped to me. I was kept up to date the whole time. Well worth waiting.”

“Great service bought a kettle barbecue had a small issue with a snapped bolt which was my fault I called them to ask if I could buy the parts they told me they can do it under warranty and sorted everything out. Fantastic.”

“Brilliant company. Ordered at 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday and it was delivered by 1pm the next day. Delivery was also excellent as the man took it to my back garden through the side of the house as requested. Highly recommend.”

“The Webber master touch arrived next day as promised. Delivered with very little damage to the outer box. Polite and friendly driver. Unpacked the unit but found the assembly instructions lacking so used the online instructions. No problems with assembly and was resting my pint on the arm supplied for that purpose!! Works very well but yet to try all the options.I highly recommend it.”

“Very quick delivery of the Barbie,which I ordered after watching their brief explanation of all the Weber charcoal models. The Weber website left me slightly confused as to the differences between all the models they produce. The price I paid was a lot cheaper then the Weber website as well,which enabled me to buy a higher spec model. Delivered by DPD who are the only couriers in this area that I trust.”

“We bought several BBQ accessory items for a birthday present for our daughters partner but before we did we emailed WOW BBQ whether one of the items would fit and work in his Weber BBQ. They responded very quickly to the email upon which we then placed the order. Their knowledge and service was excellent .”
