“Having looked at the website and found the product that I thought I wanted, I wanted to double check that the griddle pan I wanted would definitely fit my BBQ. I rang up, a helpful member of staff answered quickly, answered my question very knowledgeably - quoting the part reference from memory! I ordered the product and with a few days it was here (quicker than they quoted at checkout). In a world of online ordering and faceless companies, this is the customer service and care I wanted. AND it was at a competitive price: I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. Thank you!”

“I was and am happy with my purchase decision and the courteous service received from Niall which went a long way to making my decision to buy the Weber Slate. You are the only online BBQ retailer that publishes a phone number on your site which is promptly answered !. My only slight grouch is with the product and the usual hype on certain things claimed which turn out not to be true - and I blame Weber for that, bot WoWBBQ.. The two standout issues are 1) nobody mentions that you cannot use a slate griddle with the lid closed as the heat it reaches may buckle the cookbox and burners. First I knew of that was when I opened the lid to read a 3cm square label stuck on the inside !. 2) Forget all the hype about cleaning and how easy it is. It is no easier to clean than any other BBQ I have owned - quite a few - but the grime is mostly all on the griddle so at least the burners and everything else is protected. But the griddle causes most things to stick and if you are using a wet marinade or anything containing sugar you will have a job to get it off !.”
