“Ordered my bbq on 28th April, it is now 6th may Still not received it, no communication form the company despite an email stating I’ve not had my delivery yet. Bank holiday family get together ruined as I was told the delivery would be 30th April or the 1st may. Still waiting”

“BBQ delivered quickly, minor issues with one of the legs, quick email to WOWBBQ and a replacement piece was all requested from Weber within 30 minutes. Any company can deliver an item but it is how they react to any issues if they occur and they couldn't have resolved the issue any quicker or more politely. Absolutely top marks from me. A really nice touch is the informational videos on first cook and different methods, in the order/shipping email to give you some hints. Much appreciated.”
