“I ordered my Weber Master Touch and received it the next day. Had only one issue during installation which was due to the BILT app missing a step (step 30 is wrong). A quick phone call to WOWBBQ and a picture and the issue was resolved. Amazing customer support. Am thinking of ordering another one. And will 100% use WOWBBQ for that order.”

“The delivery was left on the street by a very rude driver. My pregnant wife begged for help to get it into the house and she was rudely rejected. When I called the delivery company, the person who answered my call told me to speak to WOWBBQ and hung up the phone (as in put the phone down) as I was trying to ask for help.”

“WOWBBQ were amazing. The customer service was very good, when my lovely new bbq arrived I had a bent panel. After phoning the folks up and explaining the situation. Without any hesitation they sent out a new panel. All in all excellent! I will be buying all my Weber products from these folks.”

“It was easy to find what I wanted and the buying process was not difficult. I know it may be a marketting ploy but when buying a Traveler Weber BBQ there should be the option to buy the adapter at the same time to convert to larger gas bottles that n the little cannisters which for heavy BBQ use are totally useless”
