“Awesome service and the best price on the internet! My next door neighbour purchased the exact same one from Wow and had exactly the same experience. The BBQ was purchased online, an emailed receipt was received the next morning and a day later a phone call was received asking my delivery preferences, two days later it was at my door, perfect”

“Purchased a rotisserie assembly for my Spirit Ii. Overall quality of the product is excellent as one expect from Weber stuff - also, could not fault WOWBBQ customer service as I received the package the very next day as promised. In addition, the rotisserie was £15 cheaper than that from the 'official' Weber site, and it hasn't been available from Weber since before Christmas 2025!! So, I'll defo be using WOWBBQ for my next purchase!”

“I wanted to buy a Weber Traveler Compact bbq. I searched the net and found your company had the best deals. I bought one, then a few days later, I received an email from Niall, customer services, who informed me that my model was now finished, but a new 2026 replacement, would be dispatched. This model was £25 more expensive. Niall kindly let me have the bbq at the price of the old stock model. This is excellent service, without quibbling. The bbq arrived, excellently packaged. Brilliant.”
