“WOWBBQ were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only do they have the stock from which you can choose the right product but their prices are really keen. Add to this the special offer (currently) of cashback and the whole experience is perfect. Delivery was swift and even the Pallet driver was cheerful and extremely helpful. An item damaged in transit was no problem for them and a replacement was arranged the same day. Great service”

“Chuffed to bits with the BBQ, sadly I lost a day of holiday due to stock not being checked properly and told a an incorrect delivery day the day before. Once this was corrected, the service was good, updates were given upon request.”

“Good, clear product information on website. Price for the model I chose (Weber Master Touch 57cm) was far cheaper than elsewhere. Quick delivery. Really impressed, and will definitely shop here again - there are a few extras/accessories I'll treat myself to at some point. As for the BBQ itself - it's absolutely awesome and worth every penny. Easy to build and feels solid, great quality. It's a decent height, too. Best BBQ I've ever cooked on, and so easy to clean up afterwards. Everyone who has seen it has remarked on how nice it is. Really pleased, thanks WowBBQ!”

“Order was placed just before Easter, stated as 1-3 days. Phoned company after the easter period,and was Informed that the goods would be with me by the Thursday of that week. Waited till Monday and re phoned the company to find out when it was being deliverd, Was Informed that I would have it by Wednesday, nope arrived two days later. I do wish that companies that ask you to purchase from them actually have the goods in stock, and not fob you off with lies. If you have not got it say out of stock.”
