“I needed to phone customer services because my delivery was going to be delivered days later than I thought (going with the info on the website I thought the bbq would arrive in 2 working days, just in time for my husbands birthday)…. Anyway when I phoned they managed to get hold of the delivery company and make my delivery a priority. It arrived on my husbands birthday! Thank you for your great customer service in helping get this to me on time! My husband is also super impressed with his new toy!”

“Absolutely brilliant service. Delivered on time. My Weber BBQ was slightly damaged. Replaced item immediately. Then, I asked for a spare pin for a wheel. Sent out to me immediately and no charge. Wished all retailers could be like WOWBBQ. Thanks to all the team.”

“I found WOWBBQ very helpful and their online ordering process is easy to use. My initial order was online for a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker, which was no problem but I forgot to order charcoal and wood for smoking. I called them and they replied promptly, making sure I had the extra order by next day delivery. I would definitely use them again for future orders.”

“My second Weber bbq from Wowbbq - this time a slate style. It was slightly more money than a competitor site but because I had used wowbbq many years ago before I knew they were a trusted seller. It was Super fast delivery, still a great price and a really well made product with very clear instructions. I can’t wait to use it!”
