“Delivered on time and put where asked the delivery man to put it, with a smile and a happy disposition. Very happy, put together after a couple of hours, which we expected after reading the reviews. Very unhappy that the weather has not allowed us to use it yet !”

“Incredible prices, have all the Weber kit and rapid delivery. Useful starting videos on YouTube as well. weber quality is good. If you’re debating between 47cm and 57cm I recommend sizing up. Also the rapidfire chimney starter is a must. Excellent buying experience”

“I could not be more pleased with WOWBBQ. There was a delivery glitch but WOWBBQ compensated me for that and the BBQ delivery was rearranged. The Weber Spirit E 315 BBQ was delivered in perfect condition and I am really pleased with it.”

“I have had an exceptional experience with WOWBBQ. Great advice, brilliant products and they do exactly what they say they will do. I had a minor issue, and it was dealt with efficiently and without fuss. The Weber Genesis bbq itself seems very well made, well packed and reasonably straightforward to assemble. That's everything I could possibly want and more. I say without any hesitation, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I ordered 2 cooking grates, one for my 22” Weber & one for my ‘Go Anywhere’. Both were dispatched promptly but were delayed on route by the shipping firm DPD. When the box finally arrived it was in very poor condition. Fortunately the grates were ok.”

“Couldn't be more helpful. I only have specific days that I could get my BBQ delivered and they arranged it all perfectly and quickly. Received my weber searwood 600 and not only where they the cheapest around but everything was really well packaged and the delivery firm was great too. Couldn't be happier and will be buying all my accessories from wowbbq”

“Model I ordered wasn’t available - I was offered a free upgrade instead. Whilst I was told the upgrade would include an additional grill plate this wasn’t included. In real terms, the free upgrade was just a different limited edition colour. Don’t get me wrong, the service was good and delivery quick, however, was sort of let down by not getting the extra grill mentioned.”

“Unable to unpack my new BBQ at the moment due to surgery but very imporessed with the communication (including calls) and early delivery of the bbq (did not expect until early April but arrived a number of weeks early). Actual delivery was quick and efficient. Ordering online was easy too and will be ordering some additional items shortly.”
