“World of Weber BBQ is my goto place in London for all my grilling needs. As a bonus, there shipping operation makes it a no brainer, order it and receive it without drama. We have family that moved to London three years ago. My first trip visiting (purchase), it was the weber kettle. My second trip (purchase) it was the cast iron grill and accessories tools. And each and every trip since, I make sure I order the genuine Weber charcoal briquettes. If you are not skimping on the meat you put on the grill, you shouldn't be skimping on the charcoal. The charcoal available at Waitross, Sainsbury and other places does not compare.”

“I cannot find fault with WOWBBQ and the sales service that they provided to me! I knew which product I wanted, WOWBBQ did not need to convince me. What they did was to sell me the product at the best possible price with delivery included on a nominated day. They also honoured a cash back promotion and offered discounted accessories. Communication was excellent throughout the sales and delivery experience.”

“First Weber barbecue I've owned and am really pleased with the quality of it. Niall was really helpful on the pricing and delivery came in 2 days and delivered by a very pleasant chap who wheeled it straight into my garage. Took about 2 hours to construct and the cardboard packaging was very solid. Would definitely buy Weber again and from WOWbbq. My brother in law, who lives in Australia, was over recently and was very complimentary about this Spirit E425 model and Weber! He has a Weber back at home and taught me some tricks for cooking. My only slight criticism would be, to see better photos with the lid open on the website, and not just photos mainly of the outside, with the lid closed.”

“The price was competitive and the BBQ, together with all other add-ons, arrived in perfect condition. The BBQ (Spirit EPX-435WR Stealth) looks good, although it looks and feels noticeably less solid than older versions I have seen in the past; I hope it will last. Communication from WOWBBQ was excellent, but there is one issue I have to flag. The courier they use for consignments would not take the empty pallet away. As a consequence, I spent hours in the garden sawing and breaking it down into manageable pieces so that I could fit it into the boot of my car and take it to the local tip. This does not depend on WOWBBQ, hence my 5-star rating, but it is something they should look into and resolve, as it is a very annoying and unnecessary task for customers who have already paid a high price when a premium service is expected.”

“We looked at a lot of websites and chose WOWBBQ. We bought a Weber bbq on Wednesday evening, it arrived Friday afternoon. We put together on Saturday morning and found a fault. We emailed straight away not expecting an answer but within half an hour had a reply. A replacement was sent. We received this on Tuesday. What an amazing customer service. Thank you will definitely recommend.”

“Unfortunately I can’t give more than two stars as the packaging was inadequate (flimsy cardboard box) which was broken leading to one of the bags inside splitting with leakage of contents. The delivery man was very nice and apologetic (5* for him) and offered to take the parcel back but as most of the contents seemed to be present we accepted the delivery.”
