“Cant recommend Wow BBQ enough. Unfortunately weber maybe not, the master touch arrived with a broken ash pan holder, which Wow bbq rectified without any hassle and quickly and sent a new one out in time for me to use the bbq. Unfortunately the fit of the part wasnt great and has now removed some of the enamel in the bowl where the leg is attached when fitting it creating a weak spot for future rusting. But I needed the bbq for that night so had to go ahead and use it. So as i say no issue at all with Wow, great customer service. Just a bit let down by the qaulity of the Master-Touch GBS E-5755 Charcoal Grill 57cm Black i purchased. As it was minimal force used to manipulate the ash pan holder in place. Oh and then the main long leg without a wheel on was bent at the end.”

“Delivered on time and delivery man put the pallet exactly as required. Unpacked easily as per instuctions and then next day began to build as per instructions. I can't send a picture as yet because half way into build the heavans opened up. So whilst not enamoured with the weather I am very pleased with WOWBBQ.”

“WOW as a distributor is very responsive, accessible. The price was competitive, the delivery driver did not merely leave it on the curb but carried it to an appropriate place in the garden; it was too heavy for me to carry. There was a problem with the goods, some minor damage in transit and WOW was very easy to work with to get Weber to send replacement pieces in good time. As a BBQ, I ordered the Genesis E315 to replace an aging Broil King. I am enjoying the Weber, I find the temperaure a little lower but much easier to control, so I am able to prepare the food much better. It also looks good, the wheels are excellent, the grates clean easily. So pleased with both the BBQ and WOW”

“Great service and product availibility. They were the only company I could source the replacment cooking grate from, for my Genesis II. You're asked to call so they make sure you're definitely ordering the correct fitting grate - I did this, a nice chap actually answered within 3 rings with no automation or AI agent and the product was bought a minute later online. Bought at midday on the Thursday and arrived late Friday morning the following day. Very happy with the experience and delivered on their website promise.”

“Weber Spirit E210 BBQ ordered through WoWBBQ. Very good prices and courier turned up at exact time they promised. After ordering I realised that I had ordered exactly the same model 17 years ago from WoWBBQ so it must have been the cheapest retailer then as well. Hopefully this one lasts me another 17 years.”

“My BBQ arrived on a pallet, it took my an hour to unwrap all the parts and one and half to assemble it. I'm very impressed with the quality it is really solidly made. Had the family round the next day and every one was very impressed. I still have my charcoal fired Webber (30 years old!) but may have to retire it now.”
