“Easy to navigate website. Very helpful staff. I ordered an accessory with the BBQ whiteout realising that a similar item is already included. I had a phone call from the shop to advise me and they kindly refunded the cost. Delivery was handled very well.”

“Loving my new stealth just wish I hadn’t had to build it lol . Never mind it was fairly simple and creatively quick to do Needed to contact company as I didn’t receive my bbq when I thought but my mistake. Sorted and fabulous customer service. Enjoyed a repot roast pork loin on rotisserie for Easter Sunday and must say delicious”

“Love my new Weber bbq. My partner loves orange so this colour was perfect for our family! The website was easy to navigate and the price was very competitive. “The parcel arrived promptly but was very badly packed and the contents were damaged, (I assume in transit). The boxes were crushed and the one containing the cherry wood pellets was torn and the pellets had spilled out. The box on the grill cover was crushed but I have not inspected the cover itself as I bought these things as a gift for my son's birthday next week and don't want to disturb them.”

“I was nervous to buy something quite expensive online through a company/site I had never used before. However I did my research and the reviews were good so I went ahead. Purchased online no problem however the bbq was out of stock. I was emailed same day to let me know and give me a estimate when it would be in stock. They got some in stock early and I was contacted to arrange delivery and the bbq was delivered when they said. All in all a very positive experience. Given my initial nervousness I thought it was worth giving a review to detail my experience. We haven't used the bbq yet but will do as soon as the weather improves.”

“Delivered on time and put where asked the delivery man to put it, with a smile and a happy disposition. Very happy, put together after a couple of hours, which we expected after reading the reviews. Very unhappy that the weather has not allowed us to use it yet !”
