Broken packaging, coal falling out whne delivered. Delivered to the wrong house with strange boxing around. Contacted you over a week ago and still no response

Your staff and manager need training in answering the phone in a profeshional manner. My webber turned up with damaged parts and I am still waiting for replacement.

Dear Roger, I want to reiterate that at the very beginning of our call (and all calls) you were greeted you professionally. You must not have heard this and instead went on a tirade of your experience of being a company director and how this was not good enough. To be honest, it took me aback and the call still sits fresh in my memory. You called to report a damaged leg. Unfortunately this does happen but the good thing is that we are well equipped to resolve this. As is standard, we require a photo but you were unable to provide this - no problem, we figured out what leg was damaged and I can already see that this has been delivered to you. 1 Star seems harsh. You must have ran a very tight ship at your company. Kudos to you, sir! If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Had my order delivered on 30/05/2024 - incomplete. The only indication was a handwritten message 'To Follow' next to the missing item on the invoice. No explanation as to why or when I had to ring you myself (same day) to seek further detail and a rather uninterested person explained to me that there's nothing that you could do as Weber have let you down and not shipped this item to you as a part of your regular deliveries. In addition, I was explained that the new delivery from Weber is coming in over the next day and you're hoping to rectify the problem I am writing this review on 16/06/2024 - as of yet I haven't had any contact from you, neither received the item. In addition you still have my money that you took for selling something that clearly wasn't available. ps. Shocking packaging - loose items in a huge box which looked like it was sellotaped by a 3 year old

I have searched for an email from you and cannot see any contact from you in our inbox, so we have not been able to deal with this for you. I have checked your order and can see it was dispatched just over a week ago using Royal Mail - we have experienced issues with this Royal Mail service lately which has prompted us to changing to a tracked service across the board. The Weber BBQ charcoal was really badly packaged. I don't know if I've got 2 bags of dust but I'm not expecting 8kg of coals to be intact. Really poor.

Great product but the BBQ turned up in a old box that was filthy dirty, wet, soggy and obviously hanging around in storage for a long time. Not ideal for a present for my wife that cost nearly £2K!

They delivered the BBQ to the pavement outside my house. My pregnant wife asked them to bring in the 150kg pallet and they refused. She had to unpack the whole BBQ and get a neighbour to help carry it inside. It is ridiculous to expect anyone to be able to get 150kg into the house let alone a pregnant lady. Further to this, we are on the ground floor. It would have been very easy to help.

I don’t normally write reviews but the bbq I purchased is not great it’s wobbly and the lid is off set my last Webber bbq without hinged lid is stable sturdy and doesn’t look as though it’ll fall over with a breath of fresh air. Just a tad disappointed 😔
