"They delivered the BBQ to the pavement outside my house. My pregnant wife asked them to bring in the 150kg pallet and they refused. She had to unpack the whole BBQ and get a neighbour to help carry it inside. \r\nIt is ridiculous to expect anyone to be able to get 150kg into the house let alone a pregnant lady. \r\nFurther to this, we are on the ground floor. It would have been very easy to help. "
