“Having ordered a Weber 5775 Master Touch bbq as a fathers day gift from my kids it arrived with a slightly damaged lid, the result of poor handling as was evident by a small mark on the box I hadn't noticed upon receiving the item. There was a small dent to the lip of the lid, but more annoying was the ceramic coating had chipped as as result. Although it wouldn't affect the operation of the bbq I was somewhat disappointed having paid so much for it. I sent an email to WOWBBQ expecting to be involved in a long drawn out email chain about blame and having signed for the parcel with damage to the packaging evident etc..., but to my surprise and their credit they saw the images I sent and have dispatched a replacement lid without fuss. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Absolute pleasure dealing with World of Weber. The service and speed of delivery was very good. I had a slight issue, the bottom half of the bowl of a kettle BBQ was perhaps damaged during transit by the courier. It looks like the bowl was rubbing up against metal, perhaps a leg or something? But it wore the enamel away to the bare metal underneath . This obviously impacts it's ability to deter rust buildup. Patrick sorted out my issue straight away and organised a replacement bottom bowl. The service with World of Weber is fantastic and I would highly recommend. Would shop with again should I need something, which I think I will as I'm hoping to expand my BBQs to cooking more meat joints and whole chickens and get far more use out of it than the odd summer occasion. Cheers!”

“Excellent service! I phoned the shop to ask a few questions before placing the order. Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving a few handy tips and advice on accessories when I asked. The team kept me informed about the delivery and very accommodating with regards to the delivery day. I would absolutely recommend Lee and his team at WOWBBQ, thank you..!!!! Weber BBQ is built but not had a chance to use yet. Looks fantastic and looking forward to using it.”

“Just brilliant I looked every where for what I wanted and no BBQ store had all items I call the guys at WOWBBQ and they was more than happy to ensure all items was in stoke and with in two days I had the new weber searwood with front and side shelves pellets and cover great price and fast delivery”
