“New orange Weber BBQ and accessories delivered promptly and in perfect condition. All the extras I wanted in stock and competitively priced too. I bought an extra stainless steel grill to replace the rusty standard chrome plated steel grill on my old 57mm Weber, giving it a new lease of life too.”

“WOW what a BBQ. Great service, super fast delivery and amazing quality. We saw this BBQ at our local garden centre and thought it was amazing but the price wasn't so amazing so came home googled the BBQ and up popped this website, amazing price and extra discount / deals for purchasing other products such as the cover and the warming rack, just wished I'd purchased the rapid burner but that's a learning curve and im sure I'll be back to purchase the pizza base accessories soon. Already had a first of the season BBQ and it was amazing. Thanks great service and great products.”

“The webber bbq buying experience was excellent. Friendly and efficient service with the delivery arriving within days of ordering. The packaging was first class no damage to anything. Everything was as it should be, nothing missing. If there was a slight difficulty it was the assembly of the bbq. The instructoon were clear but the graphics were without all the details of the parts in question. Despite this the bbq was assembled and ready to go with 2 hours.”

“Excellent service and delivered when they said. Due to an oversight i had ordered on friday paying the £20 extra for delivery on saturday not realising the cut of time. Contacted wowbbq who immediately said they would refund it. Very pleased with purchase and service offered.”

“Ordering and delivery was fine. I had a query about changing the gas regulator from the travel version to patio gas, not something you would want to get wrong. Unfortunately the telephone number isn’t manned and even though it says to leave a message that function doesn’t work. This meant frustrating delays getting the BBQ operational. Why have a number of you have no intention of using it?”
