“We ordered this BBQ, with accessories and it was delivered quickly, very well packaged and therefore all components were protected. I received a telephone call to confirm my delivery. The BBQ was quite easy to assemble and it makes a great smashed burger. Delighted with this company.”

“Ok, this is a 5 to protect the poor sod whose pay is based upon non-objective feedback. You did great! The part of the team that trusts SUBJECTIVE feedback such as this maybe need to re-think. This seems to be not about the product at all, but aiding supply chain management. Of course the product is excellent, it's a WEBER!!”

“Delivery was quick and it was easy to assemble, looking forward to using it. I have friends at work who have the same BBQ(but with a lot of the attachments) and they are the reason I went with Weber as they rate them really highly”

“The price was good and the product was delivered on time. I called them asking for include a gift note and they declined. I also wanted to buy a barbecue cover and they were running out of stock. Good service but no flexibility.”

“Just received our new barbecue - delivered on time and delivery guy really helpful. Chose to assemble it ourselves - well packaged, instructions really clear (loved the plastic strip with all the screws etc clearly labelled). Really happy with the ordering, delivery and product itself.”
