“The bbq arrived with a damaged lid. I was told to use the bbq and a new lid would be ordered. The new lid arrived but it had no thermostat. Now waiting on lid #3! To be fair the response has been prompt when notified, but Weber is not cheap and should not have these issues.”

“Unfortunately I can’t give more than two stars as the packaging was inadequate (flimsy cardboard box) which was broken leading to one of the bags inside splitting with leakage of contents. The delivery man was very nice and apologetic (5* for him) and offered to take the parcel back but as most of the contents seemed to be present we accepted the delivery.”

“Satisfactory experience except for the price of shipping to Northern Ireland. Given this region is part of the UK and costs no more than shipping anywhere else it was disappointing to have to pay such a surcharge. All other aspects were great.”

“The delivery was left on the street by a very rude driver. My pregnant wife begged for help to get it into the house and she was rudely rejected. When I called the delivery company, the person who answered my call told me to speak to WOWBBQ and hung up the phone (as in put the phone down) as I was trying to ask for help.”

“The Weber traveller arrived very fast, unfortunately it was damaged in transit. The supplier was contacted repeatedly and to source a replacement lid, this probably went on for three weeks. sales are good, after sales appalling.”

“This is a reflection on the courier service as I have not yet received the goods I needed for today. The courier is now saying tomorrow. Although this is the courier, it reflects badly on wow bbq as they are your supply chain.”

“I'm not able to write a full review as my order has yet to arrive. The courier has not delivered despite an order 5 days ago and the promise of next day delivery. However, Niall at WOW has tried to resolve this once raised with them on Saturday when it was one day overdue.”

“I specified where the delivery should be left and this information was not passed on to the courier. As a result, I have not received my charcoal yet. What is the point of making these arrangements if they are not passed on.”
