“I had looked around for a Weber charcoal bbq and WOWBBQ were the cheapest and had free delivery. The BBQ arrived the next day. The grill had been damaged but a replacement was sent the next day. Excellent value for money and great customer service. I recommend them and will certainly use again.”

“I have owned a Q1200 for a number of years now and it's a great little BBQ. I recently decided to get the Traveler Compact. It's the perfect size for my use. I was after a cargo cover so emailed Weber as I couldn't find one. They replied and asked for my product details and personal details. This sounded promising, so I replied with all required information. However, my next reply just said they didn't have one for the Compact. This was a strange turn of events, particularly as their email was so promising intially but it seems they just wanted to register my product. It would have been better to just ask me to register it rather than string me along like they were preparing to supply a cover. I have returned the BBQ.”

“Great value bbq, delivery was a couple of days later than I expected but I was updated regularly. The driver delivered it to my patio in the back garden. The bbq was straightforward to assemble - I managed this on my own despite theoreticaly needing two people at one point.”

“The online buying process and delivery of my Weber Performer Deluxe was faultless. In particular I liked the fact the Courier phoned me to say they had an earlier slot than the scheduled delivery date if I was interested in an earlier delivery, and with a BBQ Steak on my mind I absolutely was!”

“The service has been very good a d so have the purchased prices. How ever I needed a new unlock/lock release handle which I have received but no fitting g instructions. I requested these but all I got was an explode view of the bbq, a weber traveller compact, I did contact we er directly but still no instructions and I am reluctant to change it without guidance”

“Supreme service from WOW - I called as I wanted a delayed delivery on a Weber BBQ as we were travelling. No problem whatsoever, super friendly and helpful service and the BBQ was and out on the day we asked and turned up next day. We’ve not used the BBQ yet as we are taking to and apartment to use - it’s been unpacked and it’s clear that the superb quality we hw e had from Weber over thirty five years has not been compromised! Absolutely delighted.”
