“Excellent service from WOWBBQ from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and delivery was quick. “I would recommend WOWBBQ - I looked around before buying my Weber kettle BBQ and chose WOWBBQ on the strength of their TrustPilot scores. Most companies can ship boxes out, but it's what they do if something goes wrong. When installing my BBQ, the ash bowl cover broke - nothing to do with the retailer, but the product by Weber wasn't strong enough (the riveted part just came away). I emailed the retailer and they came back promptly and sent out a replacement part which i was able to fit no problem. This is the mark of a good seller and so I would happily buy again from WOWBBQ. Thanks”

“Cheapest price by going direct and delivered in five days. This barbecue is incredibly solid, well made and assembled in about an hour. I bought it because it won all of the comparison tests. Just beware of the size … I made the mistake of trying to put it together indoors, I realised my mistake just in time!”

“I ordered on a Friday expecting delivery for the Monday as you needed to pay extra for a Satrurday delivery, however, it was delivered on the Saturday, so well impressed. Now put together and had our first BBQ today, lovely piece of kit.”
