“The Webber master touch arrived next day as promised. Delivered with very little damage to the outer box. Polite and friendly driver. Unpacked the unit but found the assembly instructions lacking so used the online instructions. No problems with assembly and was resting my pint on the arm supplied for that purpose!! Works very well but yet to try all the options.I highly recommend it.”

“Very quick delivery of the Barbie,which I ordered after watching their brief explanation of all the Weber charcoal models. The Weber website left me slightly confused as to the differences between all the models they produce. The price I paid was a lot cheaper then the Weber website as well,which enabled me to buy a higher spec model. Delivered by DPD who are the only couriers in this area that I trust.”

“We bought several BBQ accessory items for a birthday present for our daughters partner but before we did we emailed WOW BBQ whether one of the items would fit and work in his Weber BBQ. They responded very quickly to the email upon which we then placed the order. Their knowledge and service was excellent .”

“I ordered a Weber Q BBQ and accessories. The accessories were delivered as promised but the BBQ was not sent. I found customer services at WOW to be very responsive and they quickly sorted the problem. It all worked out in the end despite a slight delay.”

“I purchased a Weber E-425. WOWBBQ had the best online price and delivery was really fast with good communication. The Weber was extremely well packed and took me about an hour to assemble. I have used it once so far and very happy with it.”
