“Delivery was painful. I had zero comms on when it would be delivered and then when I chased was assured it would be delivered Friday finally after 3 calls they told me it wouldn’t be delivered I complained and then they miraculously managed to deliver at 6 pm”

“Have bight a few things over the years and been great. I needed a new regulator and while they accidentally sent a similar but incorrect part, they immediately sent out the right part with a next day delivery as soon as I told them and sent a photo (before even waiting for mine to be returned to them in the mail). Great service.”

“Ordered a Weber BBQ on line and it arrived at the stated time. Was easy to setup and very sturdy with a quality finish. After the first use the cleaning was easy as the grills etc are of good quality. We also purchased a chimney BBQ lighter which made lighting the BBQ a really easy task. From the overall quality of the BBQ I would expect it to last for many years.”
