“I had to speak with the sales team before making a purchase and they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to get in touch with. The standard delivery service was great too and they shipped the order on the day it was placed, so I received it the next day. Would highly recommend!”

“I purchased a Lumin Electric Compact BBQ from WOWBBQ, as the website showed it was in stock and allowed me to complete the purchase. However, it later turned out that the item was not actually available. After waiting 3–4 days and not receiving the product the next day as promised, I contacted customer service. The agent explained there had been an error on the website and cancelled my order, but there was no meaningful apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. I chose WOWBBQ because of the positive reviews, but this was a disappointing experience. Based on this, I would be unlikely to use the website again.”

“I ordered a Mastertouch 5755 as the price was great. I hadn't heard of WOWBBQ before so was a little nervous, but it arrived quickly and without issue. However, after one use one of the nuts holding the handle broke. I emailed WOWBBQ and they immediately responded and sent a new handle which arrived very quickly. I was very impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend them.”
