“Would highly recommend. Product was better priced than any other supplier. The product (Weber Slate) is excellent. Delivery company failed to deliver on 2 consecutive days, second day without any contact. Raised with WOW BBQ by email - they phone within an hour of sending email, apologised and offered Weber tools free of charge as compensation. Rarely experienced that level of customer service. Bravo 👏”

“The barbecue cover I ordered arrived promptly and fitted well, however it only had a Velcro fastening on one side. Picture on box said “straps” (plural), but there was only one, so I’m not confident of it staying on in a strong wind. Couldn’t be bothered to return it.”
