“Purchased the master touch Weber kettle and I’m delighted with it . I did have a queery as I had a little metal disc that attaches to the handle and wasn’t on the instructions . I e mailed wow BBQ who explained it did form part of the latest models ( so why do Weber include it ? Did I therefore receive an older model? ) communication from Wow BBQ was great throughout very prompt replies to any questions , I would buy from them again .”

“The bbq arrived with a damaged lid. I was told to use the bbq and a new lid would be ordered. The new lid arrived but it had no thermostat. Now waiting on lid #3! To be fair the response has been prompt when notified, but Weber is not cheap and should not have these issues.”
