“Everything went as it should have done. Delivery was on schedule and very helpful. The ordering process was simple and effective, and I was kept informed the whole time. Have not yet tried the product but it assembled exactly as the manufacturer's instructions said. Many thanks.”

“Purchased Weber BBQ plus accessories. BBQ arrived damaged and customer service were quick to send a replacement which also arrived damaged. The 3rd bowl replacement arrived ok. Package for accessories arrived open and missing items. Again customer service sorting this issue out pretty quick.”
