“I highly recomend WOWBBQ. They went above and beyond with their service. A small part was misisng from the Weber sealed box. They couried it from London to Birmingham same day on a Saturday. I did not expect there to even be answer over the weekend let alone get the part delivered same day. I doubt you would get this level of service from any other main stream supplier. Bravo! And most of all thank you very much (Patrick).”

“Quick delivery, packaged well, which was helpful as the box was delivered upside down ! Love Weber products. Haven’t used it yet, it’s built, and also haven’t put a cover on, and disappointed to see a little rust appearing on the lower tray. Looking forward to trying a pizza in it.”

“Best price I could find and had all items in stock. There were some issues with the delivery which took a few phonecalls, but all sorted in the end. On assembly the Weber fixing pack was missing, but a replacement was sent out next day. I was sold an accessory I didn’t need, butbthis was taken back and credited without question. Not without issues, butball were resolved.”

“I Purchased a Weber Spirit EPX-435WR Stealth gas bbq. It arrived within 8 days from London to North East Scotland, it came well packaged with the accessories included. I did order it online so had no direct communication with anybody.My wife put it together within 2 hours and it looks the business, we haven't had a chance to try it yet as it's been pretty wet!”

“Absolutely amazing and very rare experience , we orded a Solo Stove Yukon and other bits, unfortunately the courier damaged the Yukon in transport. WOWBBQ were very quick to respond and arrange a collection and replacement, this indeed is very rare these days to have this level of customer service. Combined with the brilliant price they were simply unmatched .”

“Excellent customer service. The bundle I ordered was not in stock and the next delivery was uncertain. I was given the option to cancel but decided to wait. As soon as a delivery came in mine was shipped to me. I was kept up to date the whole time. Well worth waiting.”

“Great service bought a kettle barbecue had a small issue with a snapped bolt which was my fault I called them to ask if I could buy the parts they told me they can do it under warranty and sorted everything out. Fantastic.”

“Brilliant company. Ordered at 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday and it was delivered by 1pm the next day. Delivery was also excellent as the man took it to my back garden through the side of the house as requested. Highly recommend.”
