“We had some shipping damage but the WOWBBQ Staff were a delight to work with and resolved all issues going above and beyond, they made sure I was more than happy with the product and customer service we received. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for BBQ anything and will be a repeat customer.”

“Delivery very good,item slightly damaged on lid handle but didn't notice until very last thing as I installed the handle,also lid doesn't sit flush unless it's slightly turned around.not enough to send back as I had put it together.other than that looks fantastic but not used as yet”

“Unfortunately, we haven't had time to set our webber up yet. However, delivered promptly and packed carefully. My son-in-law who is Australian and lives in Australia, recommended the Webber Q1200. He won't use anything else, loves his Webber. Can't wait to try it.”

“Found the Weber bbq I’d seen and Wowbbq had the cheapest option. Decided to go for it although was apprehensive. Delivered in 2 days no problem and was kept informed about delivery timings too. Delivery company also followed my instructions to deliver to me in my garden room where I work. Really happy with service.”

“In spite of my Weber rotisserie basket (unopened, new) arriving with the English pages missing from Weber's instruction manual, the helpful people at Wow were able to send me images I could use from a hard copy they had, which was more help than I got from Weber customer services themselves over the issue! Many thanks to Lorcan for a prompt and most useful response. Have used Wow before and will definitely use again.”
