“Have bought many products from the team at WOWBBQ and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism. I also communicate often with them via Instagram and it’s great to see this interaction and also sharing cooks and videos from “normal” people and not just influencer type accounts. Have a big 4 burner Genesis II and also a Kettle 57cm Mastertouch GBS , both have been excellent.”

“Wrong item sent in box. Box was marked up correctly. Emailed pictures and spoke to the team. Resolved quickly with replacements sent out and wrong item picked up all within 48 hrs. First class service.”

“Fantastic service and after care by WowBBQ. I bought a Weber Mastertouch premium. Deleivered fast and on time. During the build I had an issue and this was quickly resolved without any issues and they went over and above so it didn’t interrupt with my BBQ’ing. Awesome service”

“Excellent selection of Weber BBQ accessories on an easy to navigate website (unlike the official Weber site, which was a nightmare). A mistake was made with my order - the wrong part was sent - but that was quickly rectified with an email and follow-up call. Overall very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“Great service. I paid for next day delivery but this didn't occur, and I was not available when goods were on way. WOW recalled shipment and delivered on a convenient date and have agreed to refund next day delivery charge. Issue was sorted well and in a friendly manner”

“I ordered a Master Touch Prdmium and Prdmium Cover at a good price that arrived quickly. When assembling the BBQ I had a part fail and it then couldn't be removed without using a hacksaw! I gave WOWBBQ a call on Sunday afternoon (!) and when I explained what had happened they immediately put an order in to get new parts out to me and these arrived on Tuesday. The parts are now fitted so I'm just waiting to test the BBQ but in the meantime a BIG thank you to WOWBBQ for providing absolutely fantastic customer service - if only every company was this good! Now what to order next?”

“I have Just replaced my old 57cm Webber kettle as the legs had rusted through after 15 years and lots of use. I replaced it with a 70th Aniversary 57cm Webber Kettle with many extras the 70th anniversary kettle was £425 at my local garden center and £299 with WOWBBQ with free next-day delivery what's not to like.”
