“Have bought many products from the team at WOWBBQ and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism. I also communicate often with them via Instagram and it’s great to see this interaction and also sharing cooks and videos from “normal” people and not just influencer type accounts. Have a big 4 burner Genesis II and also a Kettle 57cm Mastertouch GBS , both have been excellent.”

“Fantastic service and after care by WowBBQ. I bought a Weber Mastertouch premium. Deleivered fast and on time. During the build I had an issue and this was quickly resolved without any issues and they went over and above so it didn’t interrupt with my BBQ’ing. Awesome service”

“Excellent selection of Weber BBQ accessories on an easy to navigate website (unlike the official Weber site, which was a nightmare). A mistake was made with my order - the wrong part was sent - but that was quickly rectified with an email and follow-up call. Overall very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
