“Ordered online on a Sunday night and delivered by Wednesday morning. Amazing seamless, efficient service. The Summit Kamado I purchased was also packaged so well, wrapped securely to the pallet so there was no risk of damage. Highly recommend for your next Weber purchase!”

“I love the BBQ, and appreciated great service from WOWBBQ. What I didn't like was the delivery by Palletways. The BBQ was delivered by a single driver, who was very nice, on a pallet. The pallet was left on the pavement outside by house. The driver would not assist us to get the BBQ in the house. I told the driver that this was ridicules, he said he gets this comment all the time! Had it not been for my very strong son, we would have been left in a pickle. The delivery process needs attention.”

“fantastic service, I bought a weber master touch premium. I was kept up to date with the delivery times and it arrived exactly when they said it would. unfortunately, my bbq arrived with a dent on the lid (these things happen) but to my surprise, getting a replacement couldn't have been any easier, WOWBBQ responded to my email very quickly, telling me they would be in touch when my new lid would be arriving with me and there would be no need to send the old lid back, a week later it arrived in perfect condition. would recommend and would feel very comfortable using WOWBBQ again.”
