“Before ordering, I had a query which was answered very promptly. Ordering from WOWBBQ was very straightforward. I subsequently needed to change the delivery date so emailed. I had a response within 30 minutes and the delivery was deferred to my preferred date. Delivery was at the exact time I had been given. I can't fault the customer service. I only wish other businesses and organisations were as efficient.”

“I ordered a neww BBQ and later a shop soiled accessory with a considerable discount. I thought it would be used but other than the packaging I couldn't tell it from a brand new one. Telephone assistance was really helpful and friendly. The bbq and the part arrived really quickly. Great service, good choice and good prices.”

“I bought a Weber Q 3200 bbq, griddle plate, rotisserie, rotisserie basket and some rotisserie skewers. So far I have only cooked sausages and burgers on the BBQ. I was impressed there were no fat flare ups and the burgers had professional looking sear marks on. I have also cooked chicken on the griddle plate to a South American recipe which I served with saffron rice and avocado salsa. The BBQ is really well built, easy to light and to control the temperature. I think it will definitely outlast me, age 71. My wife went a bit mad when I bought it, but now she sees it is light years better than our previous bbq which was 23 years old and didn’t heat evenly. I would thoroughly recommend this BBQ and the accessories to anyone”
