“Very easy. Quick delivery. A bit hard to put up but probably user error and was a hot day. Now that it's up it's brill. Will be ordering again!”

“First class company. Prompt delivery coupled with superb communication. I purchased a Weber kettle. On delivery and subsequent assembly I found a crease in the front leg. Advised Wow by email including photos. Reply advised me to continue using the bbq and a replacement would be supplied. 5 days later replacement arrived. A no quibble warranty is king in my view. Thanks team.”

“Really good purchase. Happy with the product but most importantly I was scared it wouldn’t arrive in time (as this was a gift to someone). But it arrived perfectly fine with lots of updates and info sharing. Would recommend to everyone.”
