“I've now used wowbbq a few times and they have always gone above and beyond. The price has always been competitive, and so far not been beaten on the price from any alternative. The products have been sent as promised. If you are looking to buy a quality well priced weber product then this is the placento look first.”

“Great service, thank you. Living in one of the Channel Islands meant most sellers wouldn't deliver here, but this was easily arranged with a phone call. Arrived safe and sound in just 3 working days. And the BBQ itself (Weber Spirit EP-335 GBS) is just excellent. Thanks and highly recommended.”

“Excellent service. Prior to my Weber barbecue purchase I phoned the Company and gained all the information I needed. Delivery was excellent and at the time I requested. Excellent service. I will not be opening my Weber Esprit BBQ until April but this is my second Weber BBQ and they are brilliant. Thank you”

“From looking at the various Webber BBQs a naking our selection, the whole process is quick and simple. Grate customer service experience and excellent prompt service and delivery. Well protected and goid updates from the delivery team. The whole experience was very good and I had my ordered delivered the nxt day. One can not ask for any more than happy days and looming forward to using the BBQ 1st day of sunshine!! Regards Hugo.”

“Had been considering Weber for a while and had a good look on WOWBBQ's website, which was very helpful for a Weber novice like myself. I was able to compare different models, which was great. The prices were very competitive with local garden centres and, of course, it was delivered, so no lugging it to the car in a trolley!”

“I got the 57cm Plancha that fits my Weber kettle perfectly. Good price and delivered very quickly. The Plancha itself is a superb bit of carbon steel and after seasoning heats up very fast and works brilliantly. Very happy!”

“WOWBBQ were great. Price was good, website was good, payment process good, next day delivery brilliant. The only letdown was their delivery company. They left our whole order including the Weber Grill on our doorstep, with the second box broken up completely. Surprised nothing got lost. WOW left down by third party company. Would have been 5* but for delivery.”

“Repeat Weber customer. Competitive pricing although a minimum is set by Weber that they can’t exceed... but if you buy a bundle e.g.with cover there can be savings. Fast free delivery and always someone at the end of phone/email to quickly answer queries. My only gripe is that I don’t get a repeat customer loyalty discount.”

“The bbq cover arrived promptly, finally, although I had been looking for the appropriate cover for my bbq for 6 months and repeatedly saw 'out of stock' each time I searched the website. Finally I rang and was told that this one replaced the one I had been ordering.... that might have been made clear on the website and I could have purchased it much earlier. The cover looks good but although there are straps on the side, to cinch it in a little, there are none at the base, hopefully the wind will not be able to displace it. Will report again if there is a problem. Thank you. Wendy Ledwold”
