Terrible service. Tired to send the rug back struggled for numerous reasons. So now I’m stuck with a rug and paid nearly £100 for. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately the item was delivered to the wrong address outside their house by dustbins As it had been their overnight & part of the day I cancelled the order Woven were brilliant in every way trying to get the situation sorted & later with my sad fo me cancellation

I have been asked for a review when I have not yet received the rug I ordered 3 weeks ago nor been notified of its dispatch nor received a reply to my request for an update which I requested 4 days ago.

Dreadful customer service phones switched off and no one answered emails,after 2 weeks my rug had not been delivered and no way of knowing if we would ever receive it then suddenly arrived with no communication from supplier or delivery company

We waited far to long with no communication at all we had to ring to find out what was happening with our rug .you need to have better customer communication.we love our rug .

2nd October 2022. I have unfortunately had a terrible experience so far with Woven. I had to return a rug at my own cost (£44) and a month later they still have not completed the return refund process despite the numerous communications with their customer service team, who are not able to advise on the status of the return or when it will be completed. Last communication on 21 Sept advised that all customers were being informed that they would be contacted regarding their refunds. That was over a week ago. For an online retailer this is unacceptable.

Avoid. Returned a hideous rug (at our own expense) and no sign of a refund. They then called to get our bank details and immediately fraudulent transactions started happening. Impossible to contact them by phone. Have reported them to bank and police.

The rug I purchased was received with no problem and initially looked good. Unfortunately for the past 3 months it has continued to shed fibres - even a quick vacuum extracting an enormous quantity of mater (see attached). As more fibres continue to be shed, the colour of the dark blue patten has faded and become patchy (see attached). I contacted Woven (who were admittedly quick to respond), sent photos which were purportedly shown to the supplier. Immediately and without any inspection, I received a response stating that the care instructions were "clearly not followed" and that after 3 months it's basically 'too late'. Clearly a 'canned' response. The care instructions were followed to the letter (even to the point of buying a new new vacuum head for suction only cleaning). If Woven rugs are only intended to last 3-4 months then perhaps this should be clearly stated rather than the company using the tag line that Woven "sell high-end and long-lasting designer rugs". Very disappointed to have spent considerable money on a product that is clearly not fit for purpose and to have received nothing but dismissive correspondence. Please think twice before succumbing to the pretty pictures, if my experience is anything to go by the quality of the products are very poor.

AVOID IF YOU WANT A RUG THAT LASTS LONGER THEN A MONTH. Do not buy a rug from this company. Their rugs are poor nasty quality and their customer service is appalling. We ordered a rug that arrived looking a completely different colour to the web images. Contacted them and you have to make your own arrangements to send it back. Decided to keep it and put it in another room. Few weeks later and the rug looks like it years old - worn and shabby. Contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do as I must have vacuumed it using a beater bar. We haven't even vacuumed it at all! They outright refuse to help any further.

The rug has already been used, as it was covered in human hairs, not to mention the fact that Woven left the owner of the hairs address and telephone number on the packaging! Have rung countless times to arrange a return, as well as voicemails, but still no answer and no reply!!!

Have tried on numerous occasions to contact Woven by telephone but they never answer. After 10 minutes you are asked to leave a message to which they don't reply. Contact by email is problematic with Woven taking about a week to answer if you're lucky. Even then, answers to all questions aren't always forthcoming. Our issue is taking an age to resolve, they're just a nightmare.

Our order took 2 months to arrive. We had to provide an alternative delivery address as they were the only company ever to not find our house. After providing an alternative delivery address we were then told the rugs were on back order. It took constant chasing to eventually get our order. I emailed Woven outlining all this a week ago & still no response. Very disappointing customer experience.

Terrible service, if you can call it that. Ordered a rug, never arrived, painfully poor communication. Ended up raising a dispute through PayPal to get a refund.

Still have not received my rug, I rang and rang and emailed to get hold of someone to chase my order. Finally did get through, no real apology and then found out the rug was out of stock but there is a back order of 4 months. Not one email or phone call to say this was the case. Very very poor communication and customer service.

I have been asking for a pick up of my william Morris bedding for nearly 2 weeks now as it's totally a different colour to the others I have still no joy from the company
