“The rug was great but the wrong size for the area for which it was bought. We tried to return it, but were just given an email saying the return was being processed and they would be in touch shortly. We never received further updates so I emailed twice but didn't receive a reply. I therefore called them up and was told I should just send it back. I didn't have confirmation of the adress but have now decided to keep the rug and put it in a different place.”

“Very quick delivery but initially the wrong colour rug was supplied. I have always found the true test of a company is how they deal with issues and so after two calls, the problem was sorted and the correct colour arrived within a week of the first one - not bad really and a good price.”

“Very pleasant company to deal with, the rug we ordered arrived in good time and was well packaged. The rug itself isn't the greatest though, in the short period that we have owned the rug it has started to fade considerably so have resorted to putting a throw over the top during daylight hours. This has never been a problem with previous rugs we have owned especially in such a short space of time. Would never buy a rug from Morris & Co again.”
