Hi there, Im surprised to hear you feel this way, our returns is by far the fairest compared to any of our competitors. Could you explain why you feel this way?

I ordered a rug in March still have not arrived yet. Very poor service we are in May the 6th. I still haven't received my rug very very poor se. Can you please refu my money back.

Order rug on 20th December. Keep being told by 'James' that it has been dispatched and I would receive it within the week. After no rug arrived I continued to follow up on delivery date. Now 3 1/2 weeks later I have been told they will dispatch 'tomorrow'...so was never actually dispatched in the first place. Honesty is extremely important for good customer service....still no rug!

You desperately need to add “cancel order” to your website as I’ve been trying to cancel an order all day and unable to get through to anyone. Voicemail left, emails sent, being waiting for a representative for too long

Order: 19401 The reason for my rating of 1 star been very poor, is that not only have I not received my item yet to give a review on it, but it hasn't even shipped yet or had confirmation of you receiving the order. Having made the order on the 2nd of January, I would have expected it to have been shipped in the 3 days since with it now been January 5th. If I could have a response on the status of my order soon it would be much appreciated otherwise I will look elsewhere. Regards, Toby Dawtrey.

AVOID IF YOU WANT A RUG THAT LASTS LONGER THEN A MONTH. Do not buy a rug from this company. Their rugs are poor nasty quality and their customer service is appalling. We ordered a rug that arrived looking a completely different colour to the web images. Contacted them and you have to make your own arrangements to send it back. Decided to keep it and put it in another room. Few weeks later and the rug looks like it years old - worn and shabby. Contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do as I must have vacuumed it using a beater bar. We haven't even vacuumed it at all! They outright refuse to help any further.

Ordered Brink & Chapman rug in the black friday sale on 30/11/21 got an email from Woven two weeks later stating "Due to a typographical error in pricing, im afraid to report we have had to cancel your order" and offered a 25% discount on nect order but didn't give me a code!!! At the time they actually answered the phone and had a functioning webchat and I was able to eventually get money put back into my paypal account on 14/12/21. I had ordered a second rug Lignie Design also in the black Friday Sale on the 1/12/21 thankfully rug eventually arrived on the 23/12/21 after several phonecalls and webchats. Colours were slightly off compared to photos but I guess the photos they use are provided by the Ligne Design not Woven. Ordered a 3rd rug Ligne Design on 7/01/22 and after a lot of stress and unanswered phone calls to Woven, misinformation, generic responsens from Woven's Zendesk as phones and webchat no longer working I eventually rang Ligne Designs customer services and they were able to tell me that the rug had been sent to Woven over a week before, so I emailed Woven and asked where it was and it eventually arrived on 3/03/22 two months after ordering. Colour is again a bit off but happy with quality and designs of rugs. I rang Woven's customer Services before ordering for my 2nd and 3rd order to make sure prices online were correct and rugs were in stock and they told me each time they were in stock in their UK warehouse which was not correct! Why did I buy from Woven? Because they are cheaper. Keep in mid if you are ordering outside the UK you will have to pay duty, I paid 94euro duties on a 152euro rug and paid 45euro shipping. If you need a rug quickly and don't want the stress or have the time to chase and follow up Woven for information on when the product they promised will arrive (it stated within 10-15 working days for my orders), then I suggest you buy elsewhere. I don't understand why Woven give false information on delivery and use generic responses. It makes customers feel they've been scammed or the company is going out of business. It's a shame because the rugs that did eventually arrive are good quality.

Shocking company, communication non existent. Ordered rug in April and according to their terms and conditions they should notify you within 48 hours if item out of stock. No chance and have chased them ever since. You constantly get cut off on the phone. Chose option 2 to place a new order and amazing you get through. They don’t respond to emails. They eventually tell me rug will be coming in two weeks. This was wrong and came within two days, whilst I was on holiday and left outside. Rug is poor quality and very thin. Avoid this company at all costs worst online company I have dealt with. Please don’t use them.

when 1st order placed was told that the item was in stock ( uk) but was not it was coming from EU .when I call to see were my order was as tracking was not available was told by James that the order had gone missing. The same day I had also emailed and the response from Jasmine on the same day was 10-15 days on mention of lost in transit. so James told me that the said rug would be here Friday ......called woven friday as still no tracking update to be told the the delivery address is incomplete so allegedly the address was updated at 10.34am that day ....still no delivery by 16.30 call UPS myself to be told that they had not received an update so no delivery. requested a call back from James not received one todate .COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES happy to take your money but not prepared to sort out the PROBLEM they caused needless to say that the rug did not get delivered on the Friday.

I ordered my rug on 9th January. Still havent received a thing and it’s 12th March. I am constantly having to chase for an update and now I just want my money back. Awful customer service

I don’t know what this company is doing, there are loads of recently bad reviews popping up here and on trustpilot about poor communication and significant delays. I ordered a £200 rug Feb 1st and it’s now Feb 26th and have heard nothing. The phone line just goes dead so that is pointless and they don’t respond to any emails and they don’t update their customers on the status of orders. We would be more understanding of delays due to brexit or whatever if they would attempt to contact you but instead they just ignore and take your money. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my rug or my money back.

Placed my order and payed for it in December, but still waiting for a reply from your side. I received your autorepy e-mail that my Order #18302 is confirmed after it was payed... but nothing after that when I wanted to know when do you intend to send it.
