The product and ordering process were good. But they have chosen to deliver with UPS, possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. In our case, UPS arrived ahead of the time they said they would deliver, ignored the request made on the UPS website to re-deliver, and took the rug to a corner shop some distance away. I would avoid ordering from Woven again because of their choice of delivery company.

The rug I received was lovely but unfortunately the tracking email link wasn’t useful at all, the email said delivery wld be via FedEx but on the day of delivery I found out it would be via DX so I had no way of knowing when to be in. When I tried to call you to check no one ever answered. Luckily I was home when the rug was delivered, but only just.

Nice product at a fantastic price. Only issue was delivery, which was delayed, which we could have been kept better updated about. All in all, a good company selling quality products at great prices.

Services was great. Easy to use and delivery fast. My issue was that the rug was no where near the size advertised but I’m guessing this is the manufacturers fault and not Wovens.

The rug is stunning but it took ages to be delivered. I was advised the rug would not be available until the end of January but it was the end of March before I received it. Had I not chased it up with WOVEN I'm sure I'd probably still be waiting.

Ok in the end. Wrong rug delivered and getting info out of staff via email was like pulling teeth. No reply to voice mail and incorrect tracking details and information regarding replacement given. Full like pure luck when the right rug arrived. Very happy with product but I don’t think I’d order from this company again.

The delivery was very slow. My mom also ordered items to her home (Christmas present to me) and it took weeks for the duvet cover to arrive. I understand that Christmas shopping may have played a part in this. The bedding is lovely though!! Cant wait to use it.

I'm am very happy with the quality of the rug that I bought, it is exactly what I hoped for and imagined. However, delivery was supposed to be 5-10 days. After having to follow up where my item was 3 times. It was finally delivered, 30 days after ordering. Communication was poor. As I say I'm very happy with the product I have received, I just didn't have the best customer experience.

I ordered my rug from Woven on the 23rd of October, and thought it would arrive within the usual 5-10 days. I hadn't read the website properly as for Woven orders and shipments, it is 10-15 working days. I therefore sent an email after this time frame and was told the rug was on its way and would arrive w/c 22 November. More emails I was informed that my rug was coming from Denmark, hence the delay. The rug finally arrived 7 December. It is a lovely rug but the incredibly long delivery time has put me off ordering anymore rugs from Woven. I would suggest that if you order any rugs from this company, you find out if the rug is in England already in their warehouse or coming from another country before it comes to England. Then decide if you don't mind waiting 46 days or more for the rug.

I ordered my rug in September & delivery was only a few days ago in December. This was due to delays with shipping which I know is beyond the Company’s control. However my only issue is that I was never contacted to advise me there would be a delay, & the dates were moved on a couple of times. I had to contact them for updates each time. I was offered an alternative product with a slightly higher discount & the staff were always courteous.

The shade of the duvet cover and pillow cases were much darker than they looked in the illustration. So a little bit disappointed there.

I was delighted with my cushions when they eventually arrived but I did have to wait 3 and a half weeks for delivery. Money was taken from my account straight away, I feel money should have been taken once parcel was dispatched.

Once order was processed which seemed to be the longest part delivery was 48hrs, however there was no tracking or mention of who was delivering so was lucky I happened to be in, .. Rug is absolutely stunning very pleased with it and how it was packed, but please improve your communication thanks

I was advised 2 cushions would be sent as 1 was on backorder but did not receive them as advised by email. I contacted them and then all 3 were delivered together Ince I'd had a response. The items are lovely than you but the box was not completely sealed and they could have got wet as they were not in a bag within the box; I didn't mind less plastic packaging but it could have been sealed better.
