I've had very good previous experiences but this purchase is of very poor quality in itself and morevoer looks like it's ingrained with dirt, that I've been uanble to remove. This item lets your company down and I would strongly recommend you removing it from your stock.

The product itself (when it finally arrived) was really nice but the actually delivery and response from the company very poor. Ordered an item on 30th December with a 3-5 day delivery - finally arrived on 27th January. I sent 2 emails chasing for an update -neither of which received any response. Plus various phone calls - one of which I was told it had already been delivered, so I asked for proof and then told the delivery company has made mistake.

we were looking forward so much to this rug. However, a total disappointment. the colours are not at all vibrant. the rug is far too expensive for what it is.

the delivery was prompt< but returning process should be easier and organised by the company. I wont buy again, as too much hassle.

Had to return a rug as the colours were not right. They did not refund me for over a month, and only when I chased them. Not impressed.

Ordered Brink & Chapman rug in the black friday sale on 30/11/21 got an email from Woven two weeks later stating "Due to a typographical error in pricing, im afraid to report we have had to cancel your order" and offered a 25% discount on nect order but didn't give me a code!!! At the time they actually answered the phone and had a functioning webchat and I was able to eventually get money put back into my paypal account on 14/12/21. I had ordered a second rug Lignie Design also in the black Friday Sale on the 1/12/21 thankfully rug eventually arrived on the 23/12/21 after several phonecalls and webchats. Colours were slightly off compared to photos but I guess the photos they use are provided by the Ligne Design not Woven. Ordered a 3rd rug Ligne Design on 7/01/22 and after a lot of stress and unanswered phone calls to Woven, misinformation, generic responsens from Woven's Zendesk as phones and webchat no longer working I eventually rang Ligne Designs customer services and they were able to tell me that the rug had been sent to Woven over a week before, so I emailed Woven and asked where it was and it eventually arrived on 3/03/22 two months after ordering. Colour is again a bit off but happy with quality and designs of rugs. I rang Woven's customer Services before ordering for my 2nd and 3rd order to make sure prices online were correct and rugs were in stock and they told me each time they were in stock in their UK warehouse which was not correct! Why did I buy from Woven? Because they are cheaper. Keep in mid if you are ordering outside the UK you will have to pay duty, I paid 94euro duties on a 152euro rug and paid 45euro shipping. If you need a rug quickly and don't want the stress or have the time to chase and follow up Woven for information on when the product they promised will arrive (it stated within 10-15 working days for my orders), then I suggest you buy elsewhere. I don't understand why Woven give false information on delivery and use generic responses. It makes customers feel they've been scammed or the company is going out of business. It's a shame because the rugs that did eventually arrive are good quality.

Item was not dispatched within the time given and customer services were not especially helpful or quick to respond to my query. An apology for their inefficiency might have been nice!

Ordered a rug you sent me the wrong colour emailed straight away it took 6 weeks of trying to get my money back trying to call the no with nobody every answering worst company I have ever dealt with finally got my money back after a very frustrating time

Nice enough design, but the colours aren't nearly as deep as they were shown to be in the photo, and it is very thin. I'm not happy with how much I paid, even at the discounted price.

The rug is as I imagined and pleased overall. However Delay in delivery over 5 weeks from order, very little communication or apology.

Only read the bad reviews after placing my order so was very apprehensive if I would receive my rug on time. Luckily I did , but unfortunately seemed to have received someone else’s by mistake too! Was a bit of nightmare getting in touch with someone to pick up the other rug but eventually got sorted.

Ordered a rug 21 February and still not been delivered. I contacted customer services and DX. DX have no information. Customer services got back to say they would look into it last week, no update as yet.

Rug took about 3-4 weeks to arrive due to it being lost in transit. I contacted Woven twice and was promised an email firstly and then an email and a call - non of which have materialised. Then I tried to contact again 6 times and was asked to leave a voicemail. No answer to my voicemail either. DX (delivery company) were great and told me what had happened and were going to contact the suppliers directly (& cut woven out). Then the supplier contacted and arranged a new delivery which arrived a few dys later. Woven finally contacted and again promised me an update with the delivery but still did not hear back from them. Great rug but very poor customer service (woven only)

Now that my rug has finally arrived ,I am very pleased with the product.However it was more than a month in the coming,and my attempts to email or phone you were impossible.The phone rings out,asks for a message and never responds.I finally got an update via facebook.You need to do something about your customer service.

Communication by phone and email generally excellent; however, I was told delivery would be in 3-5 days and 3-5 weeks later I’m still waiting. Apparently TNT lost my order and it has been reordered. I don’t have any new tracking information though. Fingers crossed!

Carrier txt’d me Tuesday to say delivery on Wednesday,txt’d me Wednesday to say delivery on Thursday,txt’d me Thursday to say delivery on Friday.lost on days pay due to taking Wednesday off…so out off pocket…delivered Friday but no txt till Saturday to tell it had been delivered.???????
