My order took months to arrive ! And no one answers the phone. My rug eventually arrived after spending £270 and it was advertised as navy which I wanted but when it came it was bright blue. I Started a return but you have to pay for it. The carpet is huge and heavy, so it's now just left in my garage. It was a total waste of money and hours of phoning them. AVOID !!!

I've never been so disappointed. Things go wrong - but promising to put them right 4 times but nothing ever happens, adds salt to the wounds. I've been waiting over a month for my order to be corrected - meanwhile, I have the rug that's an error hanging around my house. Totally rubbish customer service.

I ordered a carpet on 24th March 2022. Instead the delivery was of pipes! Returned immediately! Contacted the costumers service and recieved emails saying that the item has been dispatched. Spoke to Lucy on the phone 5 days back and she promised to update me after contacting the supplier. Still waiting for a response!

I ordered a Louis de Poortere Medallion rug in Ebony Grey. A week after placing the order still no confirmation of shipment . I called customer service and they said they'd chase. It arrived 5 days later and was left at the front door whilst I was out not impressed leaving an £800 order that anyone could have taken! When I opened it it was completely different from the colour on the website. I eventually managed to speak to Lucy in customer service after 2 days of calling and emailing with no response. I explained the website images were totally different to what I received and sent photos and asked for an exchange. She reluctantly said she would contact the supplier as their policy was not to exchange. I can't be certain she actually did send anything, as after 2 days I chased her for their response to which she said they wouldn't exhange I could only get a refund and I would have to pay for the return delivery cost. I paid £44 to return the rug which will not be reimbursed and as yet I still haven't received the refund for the rug! I should have gone through reputable company like John Lewis again as I've bought a previous Louis de Poortere rug in the past with JL and the colour was true to form. I would not recommend using Woven from start to finish it's been an appalling service!

The delivery of the ordered rug took over 2 months. The DX delivery service then said they took attempt for a week to deliver but never came to our house. We worked from home for this period and they never rocked up. Highly disappointing process

It is thinner than it shows in the pictures. And it is not stable. The material is not good and it doesn’t cost the money

I am still waiting for one of my products more than 2 months after purchase despite several emails and a telephone call. My last email went unanswered.

Item size not as described online, you can't return your purchase directly, have to submit a return request online and it took almost a month to get the return approved by the shop, then I have to pay the return postage by myself even it is seller's fault, don't bother to return the item as the rug is cost £50 but the return postage will cost me £15. Obviously won't buy from this shop again.

We ordered a rug with a 5-7 working day window and 13 working later we still have not received it - the communication from Woven has been very difficult and not forthcoming without constant emailing on our part - perhaps we have had a bad and rare experience - I cannot comment on the quality of the product as we have still not received it Graham East Sussex

I ordered two expensive rugs in early November was told they would arrive within 10 days. It’s March and still no rugs. Customer service is mostly unresponsive. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID

The delivery was timely but the product was not what I expected - a very thin and flimsy rug. For a supposedly 'vintage' item its colours were inappropriately bright and vivid. The refund took around two months to process. Terrible customer service - weeks of silence and I had to constantly chase them. I had to pay to have it shipped back twice because they weren't there to receive it the first time I sent it!

Not impressed. I received the wrong item (wrong size rug) and have been trying to resolve the issue for 2 weeks. I’ve chased and chased and got nowhere. I’ve phoned, left voicemails, sent goodness knows how many emails and still don’t have my rug, The customer service is nothing short of shocking, I’ve never experienced anything like it ever. If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Actually I’m surprised they asked for a review from me given the situation. I’m also surprised to read such positive reviews. Stay clear would be my advice.

Ordered in January - money taken with a suggested lead time around 2-3 weeks. Still waiting with no confirmed likely delivery date. The latest person in customer Services has been helpful but very disappointed with communications and potential loss incurred by me if this product is not delivered within the next 4- 6 weeks. I have contacted Ferm myself to establish the current original manufacturer delays so I can compare Woven against this.
