I have contacted you on numerous occasions about your free exchange policy that you will now not honour in regards to a rug l have purchased from you. I have now reported you to Trading standards. I have asked you for your complaints procedures and your complaints manager details. You have ignored me. You also don't answer your phone.

Ordered a rug at the start of February and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service has been non-existent, they haven’t responded to any of my emails. I had a phone call from Jersey customs asking me to fill out a customs form for the rug (which I couldn’t fill in as I didn’t hold the details of the importation!) I referred this to woven, no response, I phoned woven, who said they would fix the issue. Six weeks on and still no rug

Have tried to contact your exchange policy. Your company is denying this service does not exist. I have tried to email and phone but you will not respond or respond to a review on Trustpilot. I have spent a lot of money on this rug and feel your company is a scam. Your other reviews are also a disgrace on Trustpilot which is worrying. Even if l paid for a return it appears that you don't return the money for 2 months.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Despite repeated requests for a delivery date, you have not given me one; you have refused a refund; and now you're ignoring my emails.

I ordered several things over the last year from Woven and except the first time it was always hit and miss - the orders never arrived in time, and I had to chase them repeatedly with emails etc. Still waiting now for a pillow and a small rug ordered 2 months ago. On the website they might well appear like in stock or dispatching in a few days, but in reality this is not true. When chasing them, I get promisses that like "next week the items will arrive in the warehouse", but then one month later nothing happens. I very well understand all the problems with supply and delay etc, and I am not complaining about these, but what I don't like is that 1) the info on the website is not accurate - like saying available in a few days when that is not true and 2) checking the order status is a joke, it never gives any useful information. Yes, they email you when the item is sent to you, and that is great, but online the system does not give any updates (it still shows now as 'processing' some items which I got last summer...)

Poor communication. Payment made and item took over a week before it was dispatched with no information supplied that there would be a delay. I ended up having to chase for info on where the items were. Not sure if I would order from them again due to this.

The rug took over three months to arrive and I was constantly fed wrong dates and made false promises regarding the delivery. The customer support team are difficult to contact, which made the process all the more frustrating. When the rug finally arrived, it was the wrong colour. I was told I would be compensated for the delays with a partial refund, but this never happened. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience.

Shocking company, communication non existent. Ordered rug in April and according to their terms and conditions they should notify you within 48 hours if item out of stock. No chance and have chased them ever since. You constantly get cut off on the phone. Chose option 2 to place a new order and amazing you get through. They don’t respond to emails. They eventually tell me rug will be coming in two weeks. This was wrong and came within two days, whilst I was on holiday and left outside. Rug is poor quality and very thin. Avoid this company at all costs worst online company I have dealt with. Please don’t use them.

Rug arrived after 2 weeks, damaged corners, threads still attached hanging off, run right across the runner. Very thin hard and cheap looking very very disappointed for £80 runner. Still waiting for refund

I ordered a rug in March still have not arrived yet. Very poor service we are in May the 6th. I still haven't received my rug very very poor se. Can you please refu my money back.

When purchasing the print from woven it estimated 5-7 working days for delivery, I also paid a delivery cost. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received it and despite emailing customer service on 2 separate occasions for an update, I received no response. I tried calling them but it just rang out and there was no answer. As a final resort I messaged them on Instagram and they couldn’t give me any more info on when I would receive my order just that there were delays. It took exactly a month to arrive in the end and although I am satisfied with the product, they really need to improve on their customer service and communication as it is absolutely appalling! I would not order from them again for this reason.

The item received was very smelly and replies to me are taking ages, still haven’t been able to et urn the item. Would not recommend.

when 1st order placed was told that the item was in stock ( uk) but was not it was coming from EU .when I call to see were my order was as tracking was not available was told by James that the order had gone missing. The same day I had also emailed and the response from Jasmine on the same day was 10-15 days on mention of lost in transit. so James told me that the said rug would be here Friday ......called woven friday as still no tracking update to be told the the delivery address is incomplete so allegedly the address was updated at 10.34am that day ....still no delivery by 16.30 call UPS myself to be told that they had not received an update so no delivery. requested a call back from James not received one todate .COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES happy to take your money but not prepared to sort out the PROBLEM they caused needless to say that the rug did not get delivered on the Friday.
