Placed my order over three weeks ago and have been told it has been lost by the courier. Have now been told it will be sent again but am still waiting a week later. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Have been waiting for my rugs since December. I hardly ever get a respose to my emails and it’s never true.

I ordered my rug on 9th January. Still havent received a thing and it’s 12th March. I am constantly having to chase for an update and now I just want my money back. Awful customer service

I cancelled the rug and they charged me even though I never recieved it. They don't answer their phone and never responded to emails.

I don’t know what this company is doing, there are loads of recently bad reviews popping up here and on trustpilot about poor communication and significant delays. I ordered a £200 rug Feb 1st and it’s now Feb 26th and have heard nothing. The phone line just goes dead so that is pointless and they don’t respond to any emails and they don’t update their customers on the status of orders. We would be more understanding of delays due to brexit or whatever if they would attempt to contact you but instead they just ignore and take your money. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my rug or my money back.

Ordered and paid for rug on 9th feb. Received confirmation of order and order number. It is now the 24th of feb. I have received no delivery date or apology for the delay, when trying to contact by E mail or phone, there is no reply. I have paid £83, where is my rug, or a reasonable explanation for delay?

Poor customer service. I ordered a rug over three weeks ago the money has been taken from my card but no sign of the rug. I have emailed but no response, it is also impossible to get through on the phone.

Placed my order and payed for it in December, but still waiting for a reply from your side. I received your autorepy e-mail that my Order #18302 is confirmed after it was payed... but nothing after that when I wanted to know when do you intend to send it.

Ordered my rug over a month ago, and paid in full. I’ve been told it’s stuck in Dover and their trying to get them delivered. I’ve been asked to look for another one as they don’t give refunds. But there is nothing else I like. I want my money back terrible company

Hi Maria, Sorry to hear about the delays at ports, im sure you're aware there is little we can do about this. We certainly do give refunds, please let us know if this is what you require.

Thanks for your review. You ordered a "pre order" item and payment was taken when you made the order . You were informed of the exact lead time and I can see email confirmation of this. Items showing "0 stock" such as your order do have slightly longer lead times. I do apologise for the wait.

Order rug on 20th December. Keep being told by 'James' that it has been dispatched and I would receive it within the week. After no rug arrived I continued to follow up on delivery date. Now 3 1/2 weeks later I have been told they will dispatch 'tomorrow'...so was never actually dispatched in the first place. Honesty is extremely important for good customer service....still no rug!

You desperately need to add “cancel order” to your website as I’ve been trying to cancel an order all day and unable to get through to anyone. Voicemail left, emails sent, being waiting for a representative for too long

Order: 19401 The reason for my rating of 1 star been very poor, is that not only have I not received my item yet to give a review on it, but it hasn't even shipped yet or had confirmation of you receiving the order. Having made the order on the 2nd of January, I would have expected it to have been shipped in the 3 days since with it now been January 5th. If I could have a response on the status of my order soon it would be much appreciated otherwise I will look elsewhere. Regards, Toby Dawtrey.

Hi Toby, Thanks for your review. The item you ordered has a 7-10 working day lead time, we will have this rug with you hopefully by the ned of the week - within the leadtime. order confirmation is automatically sent to your email.

I ordered 2 rugs. Unfortunately, when they arrived they looked like carpet cut offs, they were very poor quality.

I am very disappointed ... my order was meant to arrive before 6pm on the 22nd of December. Over a week later I have had no delivery.... chased up TNT the assigned courier and they are telling me a collection was never made. No one to contact at Woven as they are closed till 4th of January! So will just have to sit it out till then.

Thanks for your review Marie. Its worth noting we are open, we're just working on a skeleton staff this week before we're back open as usual as of 4/1. Have you emailed the customer service team? if so they will get back to you.

Ordered a rug over a week ago - no sign of it and cant get hold of anyone at Woven to discuss! Have raised a complaint via Paypal and hopefully i will get a refund.
